Sure Hotel by Best Western Nantes Saint-Herblain

Lovely staff, very friendly. Clean, well equipped, excellent breakfast. Good location for restaurants and close to the CHU hospital.

Price and location

No bar for late evening beer or coffee and only 2 coffee sachets in the room

Fantastic hotel, great access to shopping, concert venue etc. 10mins from Airport. Lovely Staff.

Fantastic staff, kind and helpful. Extended check out for us so we had a few hours to sleep after being out at a concert and tired out. Great Location, great facilities, will definitely recommend.

Everything is near and peaceful area

Very clean and good staff

Location . Only 10 mins from airport .

Rooms very small and smelt musty .

Hotel is in a good location with a KFC and bakery 100 meters or less away, next to the bakery is a basic health food shop for milk water and biscuits. 500 meters away is a supermarket with petrol station and a restaurant. The car park was locked and monitored at night which is a big plus for us. Hotel is easy to find.

Room was on the small side and we were travelling with a small dog and we were put by a fire door which made a noise and then the dog would rightly bark. The hotel were aware we were travelling with a dog so could have taken this into consideration.

Great location, staff were awesome.

Very small and hot. Dated.

Friendly staff. Good amenities.

Unfortunately the foyer had an unfortunate smell and our bathroom even though it was very clean had an appalling smell of drainage coming up. As we were only there one night we sealed the sink and ran water into the shower. This helped a little.

Friendly helpful staff who quickly changed our room when there was a obvious drain issue.

The room was cold and unable to readjust air conditioning.

Bed fairly comfortable and room clean and tidy although very small.

The bathroom had a strange smell and was small. The restaurant meal in a jar was a first and last time ever . Breakfast times far too early.

Easy to find.

Charged me twice for city tax!! Once when booking through booking.com and AGAIN when i checked in!Feel ripped off.

Easy location for stopover on way back to ferry in Roscoff. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Comfy beds.

It was fine - nothing fancy but great value for money.

Great location and secure parking.Rooms small as normal for these hotels.Shopping mall nearby.

Slow check in process by the receptionist but it all worked. Got a free bottle of water for the wait.

It was easy to find in a convenient location and was clean and comfortable.

Plenty parking for my truck. Quite. Friendly staff.

Bed and pillows were way too soft my liking.

We stayed for a weekend while in Nantes for the Rugby World Cup. The staff were friendly and helpful and there was a bus stop 150m away to bring us to the centre of Nantes ~25 mins. We booked 2 rooms and luckily one was disabled enabled and was of decent size but the other room was quite small. Rooms were clean and staff were helpful. Good value. There's a large modern shopping centre within walking distance but not much else around there.

The hotel was basic but comfortable and clean. The staff were fantastic - I left something behind and they called me the next day to tell me and kept it aside for when I returned. Very pleased.

Everything was fine. It was quite a distance from touristy events, etc. but we knew that when we booked and this was reflected in the price.

All right just to sleep and go, but overall disapointing.

We arrived at the hotel quite late as our car journey got delayed by the boat. On arrival, we were charged for the room but the price was much higher than the one I had booked it for. At the time I just needed to sleep and as the staff didn't speak much English I just paid for it, a few days after I contacted the hotel, and today (a month over) still no reply. The room was really small, we had 3 beds as we were 2 people with a toddler, and could hardly move inside the room.

Very cheap! CleanGreat for a one night stop overCoffee / tea / water in the roomsGood location if you just want to get back on the road

Small rooms, but we didn’t mind for just one night & for the price. A 15 minute walk to get to the tram into Nantes. Driving into Nantes is much easier if you want to explore.
