Hotel Różany Gaj - Destigo Hotels

We got a room with a very beautiful view, truly great! The hotel was overall clean, and the check-in and check-out were quite easy. There were many parking places. The hotel is walking distance from one of the piers, and this is excellent.

Honestly, the I believe the value is a bit too high, even out of season. It should be a bit cheaper. The hotel street is quite narrow and you may pass through it. There was a bit of a smell in one of the pillows.

The hotel is located right next to the promenade. As it is located on a hill it is not noisy and some of the rooms have a beautiful view of the sea. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Parking! Very bad parking outside of the hotel and parking is paid on top of reservation. I would expect parking included in price. If I knew about price of the parking I would probably choose other hotel in this price range.I was missing rules for sauna. It was. normal dor people to go to the sauna in swimming suite and sitting there without any blankets.

Great location, sea view from balcony, a couple of steps from the promenade.

Slow WiFi. Quite noisy fan in the bathroom. Loud motorbikes in the evening on nearby roads

Polite, friendly and informative woman at reception. Very clean room. Effective air condition. Firm beds (in a good way). Safe-box in room. Fish on the restaurant menu.

A little bit hard to find the way to the hotel the last block.

tourist tax of 1€ per day charged at the end of the stay - even if you paid upfront. Really annoying its not included in the price and your checkout is delayed.. jacuzzi was cold.

Perfect receptionist which prepaired invoice correctly in advance,- very good breakfast, silent,- out of the center.

Great, silent location,- very great breakfast and dinner (possible to book „halfpension“), very good pricing!

The staff was exceptionally helpful. I landed around midnight. The duty manager assisted with the taxi and greeted me on arrival.

Pleasant hotel which is near the sea, with a walkway that you can walk with a view of the sea, but it is not near the beach. You have to walk almost 2 km to get to the beach. Courteous, nice staff.

Way overpriced in everything, from hotel itself to parking and breakfast.. 5 star hotel pricing for a hotel that is rather a good 2 star hotel, but nothing better. It is 2 km from the beach with no real amenities except a very small pool.

View is great, swimming pool, sauna zone. It's close to the beach, nice restaurants area.

Everything was quite good, but the quality of the breakfasts could be better. A bit noisy from the street (from the night drivers) when the window is opened.

Perfect location, near the sea. Just down the stairs and You can have a perfect walk in the mall by the sea. SPA zone clean, comfortable and nice, but small, we where alone so perfect time. On the roof there is a bar with nice terrace to drink.

It looks a little bit expensive, we payed for 1 night the same amount as in Gdanks for two nights for the same level hotel. And also interesting thing with the payment, be carefull. We booked rooms in booking and payed in advanced. When we came we where asked to pay again, because they dont see payment, so I have to show proves. Then in the roof bar we ordered drinks, payed by card and after 15min the girl from the bar was looking for as in all hotel and asked to pay again because she doesnt see payment, again we showed proves that money was taken for the hotel and after few hours they found out that everyting is ok. These situations looked strange for us.
