I had to keep the windows open at night, but without mosquito nets, this was far from ideal. The hotel seemed focused on upselling — the room was cluttered with unnecessary offers — which gave the impression of being more money-driven than guest-oriented. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited variety and no freshly prepared options such as eggs on order. On top of that, parking was overpriced at 99 PLN per day. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

We asked for an iron and ironing board; this was provided, but then they were taken away again each day, and we had to ask for them all over again!

The location is very good and the hotel has a pleasant bar and restaurant. We especially enjoyed the bar food. The hotel is right next to the sea and a short walk along the shore to the centre of town. We recommend the Italian restaurant, ViceVersa, nearby.

If you want to visit Tricity and don't have a car then the location is not great. It takes minimum 40mins to get to Gdansk.
Location is very nice, just in front of the sea coast. Has good SPA facilities. The staff was very friendly as well.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location.
From a 4-star hotel, I expected at least slippers, a bathrobe and ordinary-looking towels. The towels they provide were looking really old and rough !The hairdryer was a nightmare,wasn’t suitable for using .
Location was fab for me. By the promenade, quiet and peacefully. Near by great outdoors gym and Italian restaurant
