Cold shower. Cold room.
Great location and a lovely hotel. Fantastic kitchen!
Small room, not enough space for our belongings for 8-day stay.
Location very close to the sea. And also good restaurant and bars few steps from hotel.
The swimming pool is very old and dirty. This is a weak point of the hotel.
The hotel is clean, nice, has funky smells, and the food was very good. The location is also great. People seem to be nice.
It's almost impossible to get ahold of people in reception. They are hardly ever there and they do not pick up the phone. If you're visiting Gdynia for example to get medical procedure done and you need to contact the reception with questions while you're in the room... well I'd pick a different hotel. This is quite unprofessional. I've never been in a hotel where there's no one available before. Also this is spanning multiple days so it's not like it's a "busy day" thing.
Great "classic" hotel with all you need for longer stay, amazing local breakfast, friendly and helpful staff
Excellent location of the hotel, close to everything, a short walk from the beach, restaurants, bike path, park, hotel lobby well equipped for children and plenty of seating
We did not have the rooms we had ordered, small and very old equipment, the hotel pool was only accessible by one lane, otherwise occupied for swimming lessons and the water was cold, reluctant staff in the lobby bar, reluctant and even arrogant behavior towards guests of other nationalities, poor service
Room 1102 at 11th floor. Warm and spacious room with big bathroom and tub. Very good service at the front-desk, I asked to check-out later so I could attend the water-aerobics. I got time until 2pm. Nice breakfast, nice pool. Good national museum nearby.
Carpeted floor in room, some noice from construction (starts round 10am), sauna is only for men (not really but women don't go there, because men are there naked and have an attitude). Taxi's cannot drive in front of hotel.
Rather old. Can do with a refurbishment. Main room door doesn't close properly, need to slam it to close shut. Bread during breakfast was cold and hard. No bedroom slippers.Plus points, hotel is quite spacious and not too many people.
Location
The staff were very indifferent No information was provided about the hotel at check inBreakfast was disappointing specially the selection of bread
Location, bed , breakfast
Drilling early in the morning, outside people using pool, no gym, room could be a bit bigger
Using this hotel for many years for short or longer trips in Gdynia. Great location, beautiful views especially with premium or privilege room with sea view. Really great breakfast with many local food options and every day exploring possibilities. Always great services and people over there.
Close to the beach and city centre
Information about coli bacteria in tap water. No heated water in the room - stayed in 507. Besides of the view, nothing special. With parking and breakfast you need to count around 120 EUR after season.
Using this hotel for many many years for short or longer trips. Great location, beautiful views if you order room with sea view, really great breakfast and very nice people over there.
A good hotel for a holiday with family and children. The friendly staff is pleasant. Clean comfortable rooms, sea view, we did not have a mini fridge in our room. Good pool and sauna. Tasty and varied breakfast, delicious coffee, gofry, there is everything and for every taste, the only thing I would like to add to the breakfast assortment is croissants and good tea. There are two entertainment rooms for children. In general, everything is good, if Gdynia is Hotel Mercury Center!
Great location in the City Centre. Breakfast was amazing and luxurious with local foods and salads. I can really recommend this hotel if you are planning your trip in Trojmiasto.
sauna
the room was shabby and oldfashioned

Expensive breakfast, expensive price for room
