Staff was very friendly. Room was clean upon arrival and the bed was very comfortable. Location was good and close link to buses that takes you Gdynia and Sopot very quickly.
There wasn't daily cleaning service. Not that we needed it but when we left the card outside the door we only had towels replaced and rubbish taken but all the mugs and glasses weren't clean. No radiator in the bathroom for towels.
This hotel have one of the best service minded people working I have evercome across. They helped us with everything we needed. The hospitality was amazing. Smiling and greeting us. Gave us good tips of what to do and explore. The restaurant had a very good variation of the breakfast, and the other food on the menu was so good.
