First of all, reception guys are very attentive, kind and nice. On Christmas day they had a lottery with small gifts, that made our kid happy. The room has stairs, that also makes so much fun for the kid. Breakfast ir wonderful, all products are high quality, great choice and even selection of cakes and fresh smoothie. Just a few steps from a bus stop, 3 minute walk from Maxima groceries and several minutes to gas station, where perhaps you can buy snacks 24/7.

Nice hotel. Staff was professional and helpful. The only problem was the bed was not comfortable and there was some alarm that kept me awake for at least 30 minutes. Everything else was great!

I stayed at Loop Hotel Vilnius before my flight back to Canada, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. Compared to other airport-area hotels at a similar price point, this one really stood out.The hotel is clean, modern, and very well thought out — it had everything I needed for a short stay. Despite being close to the airport, it was very quiet, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was great.Another plus is the onsite outdoor parking, which was very affordable (7 euros per night at the time of my stay). Overall, excellent value for money and a very solid choice for an overnight stay near the airport.

During the holiday season, the potpourri scent in the lobby felt a little strong for my taste. :)

The hotel has a very nice design and looks very nice in the lobby and hallway. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Rooms did't not match the expectations. Compared to the design of the hotel interior, the room was on a very low basic level. It was noisy, could hear noises from the next room the corridor and outside - Very bad sound isolation. The beds were not comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing.

A wonderful hotel, smells delicious, and a fantastic breakfast is included. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, and the towels are white. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and slippers are provided. There's also a kettle, TV, refrigerator, and hairdryer. Complimentary water is available. Walking distance from the airport. The staff is friendly.

I really don't like the Room space. i paid above 100 Euros, but I didn't get that much space. The room was very small.

The hotel was very clean and modern, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, beautifully decorated in festive Christmas style. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide and high-quality selection. Overall, a great stay — I would happily return again.

Spot on from the design to the rooms. Everything is beautiful. Very creative Christmas decor.Loved the attention to details. And Alex was a great receptionist.

The morning reception lady didn’t seem interested. Very Cold and not even a smile or farewell. To ask how was your stay or anything.

Came in with full basketball team (14 people) and i thought i made a mistake by not ordering one additional room. Ordered it at the recepetion, payed over 70€, but after re-calculating and dividing the room to to the players it appeared that i did not need that extra room anyway. Came back down to the receptionx but got told that it is too late to refund the money for that extra room, like 20min after booking it.Manager did not answer any e-mails or phone calls. Complete ignorance.Thought at first to have a nice dinner with the team at the hotel restaurant and could potentially spend additional 200€, but after such as poor customer service decided to bring the guys elsewhere. Short-term thinking and inflexibility takes you this far.Would not recommend.

I had to overnight around airport for a cancelled flight and this hotel was in easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and professional. Bed and shower were decent. Fortunately room had a refrigerator and grocery was seven minutes walk.

Thermostat nonfunctional and room was extremely overheated. Late start to breakfast for an airport hotel.

In my single room in my bathroom the shelf with items for the bath was made of glass and needed to be fixed, as I was afraid that all the items would fall and not put more than them (the hotel) there

Very clean and comfortable room. Clean towels. The facilities were good. Excellent breakfast included in price. Close to the airport.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Also, there was a refrigerator and an electric kettle in the room. The breakfast was great and varied enough. Surely, this hotel is a good option for a short stay.

In our room the bed was upstairs, which may not be comfortable for everyone.

This hotel is new, nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable . The shower was exceptional. Big breakfast with a variety of different food and beverages. The location is pretty close to the airport, walking distance or 2 bus stops away. Also, if you need to get to the city center, it is very easy to hop on a bus and get there. I had dinner at the hotel one night, and it was a nice experience as well. Staff is very friendly.

I didn't have any unpleasant experience at this place. Would definitely recommend it for the stay.

It’s close to the airport and easily accessible to the main city and old town within couple of minutes. There is also bus stop near the Hotel. The room was very clean and full of all amenities. It has a good bar and a restaurant which can make the stay more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was amazing with plenty of menus and everything was delicious.

The front desk service would have been better.
