Overpriced starter at the bar - "plate of cheese"...few random pieces of cheese for 20€ :)

Oh it's the most amazing hotel in Vilnius, came back second time, for my last days in Vilnius. Best service, attentive staff, quiet rooms and delicious bfast!

The hotel is exactly like on the pictures, the staff is very friendly and the location is excellent.By far the best thing was the breakfast - the best I've ever had in a hotel.

The quality of mattresses and pillows is significantly below 5 star hotel expectations.Also one morning I was awaken at 7am by a very loud music coming from the hallway. They explained over the phone that it was their mistake, however I don't expect these mistakes at a 5 star hotel.

Perfect location in old town Vilnius, next to City Hall. excellent facilities and most wonderfull breakfast, including free a la carte dishes, like eggs benedict and avocado toast.

Beautifully restored old building in the center of Old Town. Our room was clean and comfortable. Excellent internet. The front desk staff was polite, professional and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent as was the restaurant and lounge. The hotel was a good value and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Service + food - they were excellent, perfect location, nice interior. This place is a must to be visited.

Location is great, staff is terrific.

Bath tubs & showers need grab bars, even if they're not explicitly for handicapped people. The rubber mats for floor surfaces are good but still need grab bar or handle.

Breakfast is amazing here. Food and drinks are incredible. Very high end design to the hotel. Perfect location.

Not up to 5-star standards – disappointing experience

I stayed for one night and was very disappointed with the room. It was significantly smaller than expected and did not match the photos on Booking.com. The mattress was badly worn on one side, and I kept sliding off during the night. On one side, it was impossible to get into bed because a curtain was hanging directly next to it. On the other, the wardrobe couldn’t be opened because the doors hit the bed. In my opinion, this was not the room category I had booked.I arrived at 2:00 AM and was too tired to ask for a change, especially since I had to leave by noon. I reported the issue at the front desk in the morning. They said someone would contact me, but no one ever did.This is not what you expect from a 5-star hotel. Very disappointing.

Great location and wonderful service. The breakfast was on par with the other five star hotels in Vilnius, very good but nothing spectacular. Service was attentive and staff was lovely.

I had a 10 minute walk to my room in the attic up and down stairwells and long hallways. The hotel is beautiful like a design catalog but somewhat impractical. There are other hotels in Vilnius that offer the same level of luxury with less of a headache.

The staff were exceptionally professional, polite and accommodating!!!

Location is really good. Gym and Spa are downstairs and it's convenient to use. Hotel has a good interior and history, but it's not enough for 5 stars hotel.

My room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom bin still contained used toilet paper. There was no soundproofing at all—I could hear my neighbors walking and their TV through the wall. The air conditioner in my room was extremely loud, buzzing like a tractor.Additionally, the breakfast was far below the standard expected from a five-star hotel. The receptionist was not particularly polite, though perhaps she was just having a difficult day.
