Very good service and the staff is amazing. The breakfast is very tasty and worth it. Located directly where old town starts. I had absolutly no problems and felt safe.

It’s a hostel with hotel-level comfort and service.What I love about this hotel is how quiet it is. it's away from the noisy main street, so I slept really well i. Breakfast buffet was realllyyy goood???

Stayed here secondly, the experience couldn't be better! Comfortable beds, quiet room, clean bathroom and rich breakfast. The personnel are helpful and extremely polite. We will definitely be back!

A bit expensive, but it's a fair price

Beds were comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great, easy walk to old town and many sights.

The shower didn't drain the first day but seemed like it was mostly fixed the last time we showered.

I arrived late at night/early morning and previously checked if this was okay via messenger. I was reassured they had 24hr reception which was great when I arrived.I was expecting to be sharing a room with other but had my own room which was big and spacious.The beds were super comfy too for the price and overall offered amazing value for money.

The only negative I found which wouldn’t hinder me from booking again is when I was checking out, there was no one at the desk and after about 5 mins of waiting someone appeared to check me out.

Friendly staff, clean room with comfortable beds, good location not far from the city centre and railway station.

Room with a bad smell

The room was smelling like smoking. After the night all my things and I myself also got this awful smell . I am a no-smoker myself, so it was rather disgusting

The room size was bigger than expected, and the hostel is located in a quiet street. It takes less than 5min to walk into old town which was great that you could grab a coffee on the way there. The place pretty much provides all the necessary facilities if you plan to stay a few nights there. The front staff could have be a little more friendly, but overall was good.

Bad

The room had an unpleasant smell and a broken bed, there was also a hair on the pillow. I left

The rooms were comfortable but a little warm. My room faced the street, so I kept the window closed at night. There was a fan which helped. But the bedding was too heavy, and I never used it. I don't understand why the hotel doesn't provide just a sheet. The shared bathrooms were always clean and not that busy. I was able to leave a bag before checking in. Good value. Short walk to the old town.

One guy at the front desk seemed to be annoyed when I would ask him a question. Probably shouldn't be in the hospitality business. And the above-mentioned warm room.

Good location not far from the old town, close to the bus and train station (just 10-15 minutes on foot). Halės market and Iki supermarket close to the hotel. Large room with a good Wifi. Shared bathroom with shower. Everything is very clean. Bathrobe and slipplers for guests. In the room there's a kettle and a fridge.

Everything went well. It could nice have tea and coffee in the room. I think guests will appreciate It.

I had a twin room. It was super spacious and very clean. The bathroom and shower facilities on the floor were very clean also and had everything necessary incl. the hairdryer.

For me personally the pillows were very uncomfortable, they were huge and super hard.

Very spacious, very clean, very central, very quiet with a very polite staff. It’s classed as hostel but I guarantee you’ll never find that quality of a hostel anywhere else. Too good to be true
