This is a very nice, lovely hotel, with nicely designed room, comfy beds, very pleasant staff in the right part of town. Definately a 5 star experience.

Locatio and solid decor trough the hotel. Christmas decoration was beautiful. Room cleaning and overall cleaniness of the room and free water was added even during our spa visit. Solid breakfast in interesting cellar setting.

Clock attached to the room TV had bright blue light which bothered at night. Outdated TV. Sound insulation to the corridor was poor. Water faucets difficult to use and hot water took sometimes 5-10minutes to appear. Spa could have been cleaner, missing bathrobe and towel hooks, malfunctioning sauna door, male and female changing rooms poorly indicated which led to male customer using female changing room.

The interior takes you back in time, not compromising the expectations of a modern traveler. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Wide variety of high quality, very tasty foods for the breakfast.You can’t find any better location in Vilnius.

Old Town location is excellent. Just a short stroll to castle and markets. Comfortable beds, lovely breakfast.

It was in a perfect location right in the heart of old town. The rooms weee like suites and very soacioys

Because if the situation of our room there were a lot of steps. Could be felled because of the location of the building. The staff took care of the luggage so that was not an issue

Wonderful hotel, spa access all day long. Location is perfect, room was large, bed comfortable. Awesome breakfast.

The lift was broken to begin with.The stuff just thought it is naturale.Breakfast is dull, and the level of service is minimal.

Wonderful breakfast every morning, elegant room with a sunny balcony overlooking the pretty street and the tower, with a table and two chairs to rest during the day or enjoy a drink. The location was superb, and the staff were all very helpful and very nice people.

I have short gray hair so it was a bit disconcerting to see a fair amount of long dark hair on teh shower wall.

The breakfast is amazing. The wait staff were attentive without being obstructive. Many delicious options were available. I especially liked the bread.

The location of the hotel is in the centre of the old city, nearby for all the attractions to arrive by walking.

The hotel structure is very outdated, no adjustments have been made to it, such as ventilation. In places like the spa and pool, you can stay for a long time due to the lack of clean air, and the center itself is in an underground basement. The breakfast room is also in a small basement, and there is no clean air, and even though it is small, one day they asked us to wait. The carpets inside the hotel also look old and the carpet has not been cleaned for a long time, it has a bad smell, the shower is very dirty, lots of mosquitoes and flies, even when they clean, they open windows and leave them open for ventilation, and the problem is that there are no nets, so mosquitoes come in.

Location is perfect and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room clean and had all the necessities. Bed was comfortable.

The room itself needed some remodeling - bathroom fixtures showed signs of rust and stains, my towels were fraying and had loose hanging strings. I was on the 5th floor and I essentially no internet connection. Had problems getting into hotel's parking lot, the number was often busy when we called to be let-in. The front desk attendants were often the ones that let us in (and that is a different number to call).

Exceptional gorgeous historic hotel, but with all modern amenities and comfort. Location could not have been better, bell tower right in front as well as great restaurants and activities. Breakfast is great and stunning to be in an antique architecture. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Chocolates upon arrival gave a very welcoming feeling. We will definitely come again!

The building of the hotel is beautiful. Our room was spacious, water pressure was good with good hot water. Very good location, Motion detector nightlight in the bathroom was a nice touch. Our room had a lot of electric outlets. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.

A couple more hooks in the bathroom would be nice, although not that necessary. :)

It was impossible to open the window and we had to use air condition 24 hours.

Entire hotel needs a renovation. Sauna didn’t work, air conditioning in the room didn’t work, even the bathroom in the lobby was out of order.

Things are getting old, one of the window blinders was not working, the aircondition was preset on a specific temperature and could not go down or up, making it not cold enough for us, so we had to open the windows but still the temperature was not ideal. before getting ot the hotel, i told them that it is a birthday trip for my boyfriend and asked if we could arrange something, even if it was with payment i would not mind. they told me they would arrange something. yet none even aknowledged this request, if i knew i would have arranged something myself, even a single balloon or a small desert whatever just to acknowledge
