Amazing location, spacious room, quiet.

Good big rooms, comfortable bed, nice view, good breakfast, 2 minutes to the very center of Vilnius

With heavy luggage not so easy to get to the hotel. Only stairs (a lot of them) and no alternative path

Second time we stayed here, it was a wonderful experience first time, on our recent stay it was even better, they renewed their rooms it was very clean and comfortable, staff is always nice and always willing to help, thanks for everything, definitely will visit in future ..

The cleaness of the room and it was close to the city center

That the fire alarm went off by midnight. The bed is hard to sleep on. The bed should have been a double bed. We bought water from a kiosk and brought it to the hotel and when we checked out we were told that we drank from the minibar which was not true. The parking behind the hotel was blocked so parking was very difficult around the area.

The staff is very helpful, and the location is perfect.

The windows in the room shall be changed (I was on the 4th floor), they are no longer soundproof, and there is a draft through it.

Spacious and clean room

Wasn't happy that they refused to cancel my reservation. It was a last minute change on my side.

The location was perfect, walkable everywhere. Close to the main attractions, river, restaurants, and shops. The room was really comfortable and kind of spacious. NOTHING....HOTEL ADDED BOGUS MINIBAR CHARGES TO BOTH ROOMS. WE TOOK NOTHING FROM MINIBAR, YET WERE CHARGED IN MULTIPLE ROOMS. Please note my hundreds of mostly favorable reviews on this site. I dont normally write unfavorable reviews.

HOTEL ADDED BOGUS MINIBAR CHARGES TO BOTH ROOMS. REFUSED TO FIX INOPERABLE AC. DIDNT CLEAN ROOM WHEN THEY CLAIMED TO CHECK MINIBAR. NO WAY TO CHALLENGE CHARGES.

Excellent staff. Superb location. Bus stop 5 mins for bus/rail station or airport. Breakfast excellent. Highly recommend.

This hotel is in an excellent location in the old town. My room on the third floor has a delightful high ceiling. The breakfast was excellent. The room has a hot-water kettle for making tea or coffee, and a fully stocked mini-refrigerator which was noisy itself in operation (items are not free).

Three things caused me to give a low rating for this hotel. (1) The hotel is in an old luxury building 100 years ago when people travelled without any electronics. Today, electric sockets for charging are a must. My room has no electric socket by the bed - two by the desk are both being used. (2) The safe box was a second thought, which sits on the floor inside the cabinet – no one is going to be able to operate it without pains in knees and back, and stresses in eyes. (3) After reservation months ago, as a light sleeper, I contacted the hotel for a quiet room; at check-in I also mentioned the need for a quiet room; however, I was given a room facing a major street hence noisy day and night. In addition, the curtain in my room cannot be fully closed – so the room was bright with street lights all night. Please note that this hotel actually has two types of rooms - all the rooms on level 1-4 are in the original 19th century building, which should have the same issues I mentioned above. On the 5th floor, which must be a newer add-on on the roof of the old building, the 5th floor room has electric sockets by the beds, the safe box is at the eye level; but the ceiling in the high level room is not high. So when you reserve at this hotel, you could get an old luxury, or a new modern room. Mine was an old luxury, which is not good any more.

Small thing - the counter in a bathroom is super tiny. Not sure why 4 stars hotels are not thinking of people that need more space in a bathroom.

Rooms need a serious facelift. Furniture eats up the space, i.e. there is no need for giant tables. There areno hooks for hanging stuff. No table light. Meanwhile, you have a very pimped up lobby. Last but not least staff is very uptight, which spills into the entire atmosphere of the stay. There is a much nicer hotel across the river for a similar price, close to business district.

Staff was great when I arrived 06:00 after overnight bus from Gdansk. Made sure I was comfortable while waiting for room to be available, stored luggage and provided suggestions & directions for me to pass the time. The room was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view overlooking the River.

Shower fixture was falling off the wall.

Taxi isn’t driving to this hotel, just somewhere near. Matrasses are not comfortable….

I didn’t like the fact I asked for water and the first shift man told me my room had water and I told him I drunk it and needed more and he told me to drink the tap water My matter had pee stains on it I couldn’t get the tv to speak English so I couldn’t watch it There was no iron in the room

I lost my iPhone cable and it was a big problem. My boarding pass is also on the iPhone app. When I told the lady at the front desk at breakfast, she took out a cable from the shelf behind her and charged it while I was having breakfast. It was the perfect response. Thanks to her, I didn't have to go buy a cable and could use that time for sightseeing. The lady was not just doing her job, she was also working efficiently, which made me feel good. Her name is Joana. The hotel should treat her with respect.

On the other hand, I had asked the man at the front desk the previous night about charging my iPhone in the same way. But he didn't know where the iPhone cable was located in the shelf behind him. This should be improved.
