Cons -
- There was a strange smell at the room, I paid extra for a double bed but 2 single bed was put together so it was not comfortable at all .
- Unfortunately, we experienced parking problems - parking is not in the hotel building but some 500m away. We arrived during very strong rainstorm - not the best weather, when you want to stroll the streets with luggage. At the hotel there are no spots to park car at least for few minutes to take out luggage from car.The second disappointment was wellness area, which closes very early and not working later in the evening... Who needs wellness area during the day?:)Actually, hotel parking and wellness area was main the two reasons, why I took this hotel - unfortunately both failed.
- Didn’t have a great experience, we changed rooms after our first night. The first room was right on the street, so very loud. The room was so hot even when we turned off the heat and the window could barely open since it was on the street level. Our second room was much better, it was on the second floor with a garden window, but then the hot water in the shower didn’t work. We were given passes to the spa to take showers which was very nice of the staff but overall a frustrating experience at this hotel. And you can get lost here, it’s like a maze.

Right on the edge of old town, easy to walk around. Staff was nice

Good location, helpful staff, good breakfast, and a clean, pleasant spa area.
The hotel has dramatically poor sound insulation—if you’re unlucky and your room faces the main street, all the street noise is very audible; you can hear perfectly everything happening in the corridor because there’s a large gap under the door. If a guest returns late at night in a lively mood, your sleep is completely disrupted. Footsteps from the floor above are clearly audible, and at night there are unidentifiable mechanical noises. For those with sensitive hearing and light sleep, staying here is impossible. The bathroom was poorly cleaned: long hair from other guests and strange yellow sticky residues remained on the tiled wall.It seems absurd that the spa area is only open during the day (until 6:00 p.m.). If you are on a business trip and your main motivation is to visit the sauna after a long day, that’s not possible.
Nothing! Think twice before confirming this booking! Poor service!
*Uncomfortable bed*Very old sheets/bedding*No AC in the room (#99), although it was written in our room description *we were offered a fan instead of the AC*malfunctioning lock, we had to wait a couple of hours to get the replacement battery*tv was not working, no one came to fix it after request*unavailable management to resolve the issues *refusal to refund the money, disregarding a possibility based on booking conditions
Ideal location. Helpful staff. Clean room.
Room is TINY. No parking.
Great stay. Nothing to complain about - huge room with all needed facilities (and lots of extra), nice breakfast, everything is clean. Location is perfect - close to city center and bus/railroad station.
Nice place near the center and nera the bus station and railway
The room ws on the street a little noisy
Location
Walls are thin so we could hear everything on the corridor and surrounding rooms, AC was loud
Good location with easy access to rail/bus facilities and the old town. Friendly helpful staff on reception.
Didn’t use breakfast. Thought it was pricey for what it was comparing with similar hotels we have stayed at in the Baltics. Plenty of cafes to use nearby.
The hotel is built against the Vilnius old town wall, the location is perfect, beatiful and quiet. The room was nice, clean and pleasant and all the facilities needed.
There was a major error in the information feed between the hotel and the booking.com. I prepayed a room to be suited with my child, yet i was asked to pay an extra money for my child and that wasn't not a little amount. If i questioned that the other day, the receptionist argued a lot, it took ca 30 minutes to settle it down. She refused to pay the amount back and made it as compilcated as it could be with lots of paperwork. In the bathroom the water pressure coming from the shower could be better.
Good central location.Friendly and helpful staff.
Facilities a bit old.
The location was great. Close to the main sites, close to busses, very convenient. It is also close to bars and restaurants. In general a very good choice. The staff was efficient and some of them also friendly and helpful.
The daily service could be better.
I liked a lot of things! Location is obviously really good being so near the train and bus stations, old town and Vilniaus Halė. Can't tell about parking because neither me nor my companions drive a car, hence no need for parking. The staff were friendly and nice, a few times stopped just to chat and ask about event we were attending. Really grateful that reception lent us an umbrella (it was raining a lot during first few days of our stay). One time other guests left a mess we found on our way to the elevator and staff promptly took care of it when we informed about it. Our request was also fulfilled. The room was superb! Really loved that there were a lot of shelves to put our stuff away, the room was pretty spacious, but the thing I loved the most was heated floor in bathroom. For someone who suffers from constantly cold extremities like me, it was heaven (soaps smelled heavenly too). While breakfast wasn't the grandest, it was good! Neither me, nor my companions have any complains about it. Simple and filling, a little bit of everything for each taste. Order-to-eat omelets were really delicious tho!
Nothing major, just nitpicks.-Could hear very well other guests passing our room from halls, but otherwise didn't hear much.-The restaurant where breakfast is served is in basement. Personally have no problem with the location or size of it, just the staircase and having nothing to grab onto in some sections of it (have very poor eyesight and sense of depth even with prescription glasses)-Beds a bit too narrow for adults. We had a room with 2 single beds (by request), just didn't expect them to be so narrow and fear of falling out during sleep.
I liked the place, the location, it was in Oldtown.
Unfortunately, when I went in to clean myself, the water pressure was very low, and I had to wait over 10 minutes for hot water to come.
Great location. Good Value for money.
They didn't have enough staff to clean my room.
Great location in the very old town of Vilnius, clean room, mini fridge
everything was ok, room designs could be refreshed
Location, clean and comfy room, helpful staff
My room was on the first floor facing a relatively busy street (Pylimo street) and I could hear the evening traffic and people walking by
Location is supper
Bed is too small not enough for size ways and we complain and from their side no action
