Cons -
- Terrible , beds, mattress and pillows, the quality is a step above abused women’s shelter. As far as value, at $85 per night, it’s not much of a deal at all
- Fire/smoke alarm went off at 02:30am. No hotel staff was on site. Police and fire services arrived but they couldn’t not turn the alarm off.
- My room was essentially in the attic. Despite advertising great views from the 5th floor, my windows faced the sky.

My room was essentially in the attic. Despite advertising great views from the 5th floor, my windows faced the sky.
The location was great. Like 5 meters away from the bus stop and a 10 minute walk to the place outside the coloured parking zone which you can park for free. It was good since i had a car and wanted to avoid the €25 daily parking fee.
Staff were ok but below average. When i asked about the possibility of the closest parking for free, they were not helpful at all (rephrased the question 3 times and kept telling me its €25 per day) and i had to do my own research and ask around. It does not have the value for the money i paid relative to other hotels which were available which had the same price (internationally-renowed for luxury). Breakfast ok but below average and a small dining room. On one of the days i had to wait till someone gets off the table to get a plate and I happened to be in a hurry. While eating also my table had to be shared with other guests who i didnt know. Small things yes but its such little things which may make you feel uncomfortable.
Private check in, nice location and breakfast. Had heater, it helped us in cold weather.
Smell in the room (gone after airing) and there was a teapot with cups, but no tea
Such a nice staff, we communicated that we might be late and staff was in contact with us by whatsapp, everything went so smoothly. Location was in the heart of old town, there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Breakfast was good, Croissants, nutella, cereal, musli, vegetables, eggs, sausages (sausages were bad thou, but my colleague liked it :-D) and many other things. They have parking area in front of the hotel, but it is full, however just behind the corner there are more parking areas so things went smoothly! I recommend to download UNIPARK app for paying parking in the city, parking cost is pretty cheap
Carpet in the room was a bit sticky, perhaps it has not been cleaned so recently. Otherwise I would give this hotel a rating of 10!
The Person at the reception was super helpful and friedlich.
The emergency exit was locked and blocked by laundry bags.
The room was large and well equipped. It was only a few minutes to get to old town
The breakfast room was way to small and the wait for seating was long unless you had breakfast between 7 and 8 or just before 10. But then there were only leftovers. I would never book the breakfast again during the summer
breakfast, position and professionalism and kindness of the staff
very small room and expensive and limited parking
This is an older but quite wonderful hotel. Knowledgable and friendly staff. Well located between the train station and the center of activities in the delightful city of Vilnius.
Location was great. Desk person was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
Our room and bathroom were very small. In addition, the slanted ceiling in the room and bathroom made it impossible to stand up in 1/2 the room. The website photos are misleading. Faucet in bathroom was not attached to the sink. Bathroom had a sewage smell when the window was closed. Room had a very narrow tight shower. No window screens so if you leave them open you get flies. If you close them, it’s hot even if it’s cool outside. The room had a standalone air conditioner that made a lot of noise but didn’t cool anything. It also had a fan. The 5th floor room required taking the elevator to the 4th floor and walking up the stairs with our luggage. We requested another room immediately and were told no other rooms were available and if there was, they’d be even smaller. We were in that room 3 nights.
Friendly receptionists
Toilet lid was broken it was completely lose and would fall on the ground, dust wasn’t cleaned hairdryer had dust all over it, soap dispenser had dust on it, on the top of the tv there was a pile of dust sitting, the window was broken lose in one of the brackets on the top every time when trying to open the window it would get lose hanging lose.On the welcome package it said they changed bedding every third day, we were staying 4 days and no one ever changed our bedding, besides the duvet was inserted into the bedding sheet and it was inside out.
Good location for sightseeing. Liked having a couch to sit on and an extra chair. Breakfast was fine.
The bathtub needs a grab bar for climbing in and out.
Location
The beds - small and like foldable beds. the room window was on the ceiling, it was raining so we mostly could not open it
The service was excellent. I arrived way past the working hours of the reception but the hotel staff reached out, gave me a door code and I found the keycard with my name on it at the door. Was able to leave my luggage all day after checking out, everything was super smooth!
The shower could get a little update but everything else was great.
location, good breakfast and a super helpful front desk stff
Good location, city parking options.
Everything. Breakfast was disgusting - spoiled eggs; stale fruit and vegetables; stale bread. The feeling that they cook from the cheapest ingredients and do not know how to store them. The furnishings in the room are just a nightmare - the toilet leaks, the furniture is all dusty, and the feeling that they have not cleaned for months. Bed linen is torn, with brown and yellow stains (don't even want to know what they are from). Worn towels and in general the whole infrastructure of the hotel. Administrator in place only until 8 pm, the entrance is closed, take this into account when checking in.
Great location, quiet room, friendly staff.
The room wasn't very clean. It seemed that the carpet hadn't been vacuumed.
Honestly we liked everything. Location - is in the old town.Apartment- it was on 5th floor with window in the roof. Sunsets and sunrises are the fascinating.Breakfast was amazing. Great variety of meals. Definetely you will not be hungry. And what is more valuable - very friendly staff. My son has severe allergy on some types of food. Ladies in the kutchen explained ingridients of every meal that we asked. We arrived at hotel late evening, my kids were very hungry after long flight. Concierge advised us the spot to grab a meal
The staff were warm and friendly. When we complained about our room being too small, they moved us into another slightly larger room next door.
Room was very small, bed too springy and had a dent in the middle. No kettle.
