Cons -
- I have never stayed in so called "self-serving" hotels. It was not in description. The sent me email while I was already on my way and I did not see it until I actually entered the facility. They have no reception, no temporary storage for luggage. The facility is very old and smelly from the carpets that might be even older than the building. Our room was in the attic on the third floor. There is no elevator and I had to carry my luggage via three steep stair cases. Our room was not ready, so cleaning ladies gracefully allow us to store luggage in the room the were cleaning. The ladies were nice, but there was no security. When we came back there was no one in the building and our room was practically open with the key in the lock.About amenities, The four little bottle could not be open without pliers, which I did not have of course! In all, this is the worst experience with hospitality facilities I ever had in my travels. I hope Booking would look into this case. By the way I never had anything like this when I booked with Hotels.com. I hope to hear from you or may be I had to go back to Hotels...
- Facilitites:1) Hotel is 4* in properties but rooms are required renovation. 2)no Kettle or any coller avaliable at all. In cold period no chance to dring a tea.
- I think the pictures make this place look better than it is. The parking instructions were incomplete. There is a gate that you need to call someone to get through to get back to the parking. They did not explain this and one of us had to walk around to the front door and find a number that someone would answer. The parking is in the back of the building and does not look like what is pictured and the back door to the property is locked mid day so we had to find another way around. Parking is limited. If we hadn’t found a door through by the church it would have been a very long way around. The shower mat had hair on it from whoever was staying there before us and there are no side tables to the bed which was an inconvenience.

This is close walking distance to everything in the city.

Convenient location
No staff on site. No shower curtain or glass to keep water from going on the floor in the bath. No tissues. Bed very uncomfortable; mattress would slide off.
Great location. Lovely room
I picked this hotel specifically because they said their had air conditioning. THERE IS NO AC
Bed was comfortable.
The biggest problem was that you cannot get from parking into the hotel even though the door is 10 meters away. The staff was unfriendly, argumentative and in the beginning refused to open the door. When we checked out the receptionist woman refused to let us out and we had to carry our heavy luggage around quite a ways even though I could see my car right outside the door. And when we finally did and called to let us out, to open the gate she dropped my phone call and wouldn't even answer it. Horrible customer service for such expensive hotel. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone. There are better hotels with friendlier and more helpful staff. One more thing - one of the pillows looked filthy.
very clean, located in the very center, comfortable beds, big room, very convenient check-in system (you just get an access code and don't depend on the time of arrival, etc.), free parking (which is rare in a central location). Incredible breakfasts. Yes, you have to walk 3 minutes down the street to another hotel, but you get a breakfast of a 5-star hotel standard.
Good location, clean room.
I'm just missing at least 1 person in the building as a staff member in the daytime. As of now, we never meet any staff member. That was a bit strange, but otherwise clean and nice place.
Comfortable pillows, warm floor in a bathroom, pretty spacy room. Great location
Location: very close to the main points of the old town and good restaurants!Clean: The room was very well cleaned.
The room is very basic, without TV (despite the add said it had it) or mini-fridge, and the bed is quiet soft.
Good location - very close to Old town. Spacious room with a bit outdated interior, but still clean enough. Comfortable and easy self check in procedure.
Poor soundproofing - noise from the street and the speech of the guests in the neighboring room could be heard. Also it was strange that the heating in the room was turned off or reduced to the absolute minimum at night and I woke up early in the morning feeling cold. The radiators had regulators, but it didn't work.
The room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable.
The hotel could use some extra comodities like a coffee machine and/or snack machine. Navigating around hotel premices could use some improvements. You can exit directly into the parking lot, but you have to go around considerable distance, to get inside the hotel.
The staff didnt opened the gate for parking, very dificult to find location for parking. Doesnt recomend for staying at the night
Better comunication with staff
Perfect location, comfortable bed, nice interior, parking, goof value for money.
Location is good. The only thing which is good in the hotel.
Self check in, self stay, everything is self service. There are no staff working, if you have a problem, nobody cares. Only you pay the price. I tried to reach somebody in the hotel but no way to communicate. They told me to call a number but i dont have a cellular line.TV is not working. There should be some plugs easily reached from the side of the bed. Internet has problems, not always working. There is no elevator. Tea-coffee is not available in the entire hotel. Parking is a problem, somebody should open the gate, if called.
I liked the location and the hotel architecture, it has this classic vibe and a good view from our room. The cleaning ladies were very nice and they kept our room clean at all times.
There is no ventilation in the bathroom, that made our stay a bit uncomfortable. We couldn't remove the smell when using the toilet or the steam after taking showers.
Small room but comfortable, particularly the bed. Extra pillows were provided on request. Good location, good value.
Comfortable room on a small street. Very close to town center.
It’s located right in the Old Town of Vilnius with all kinds of bars and restaurants in the area. Huge shoutout to the nice lady from the Front desk of this hotel who was very kind and friendly and provided me with all the information I needed for checking in. The room itself was clean, cozy, with a big bathtub, hairdryer and lots of toiletries. There was a tv set in the room, a nice desk in case if you want to use your laptop. There was no reception in the ground floor, but I didn’t need it actually. In 10 meters there is a cool restaurant called Cozy which I strongly recommend to visit.
I can’t even call it a disadvantage, but it would be nice if the carpet gets rid of some old stains in some spots (however it was clean, no dust or dirt detected)
