Room was small. Bathroom light is motion activated. No way to turn it off.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town, excellent rooms with big bathrooms and shower, attentive care from the staff, very good breakfast

Location, cleanliness and comfort were top notch

Almost everything was lovely.

The lighting setup in the rooms is tough for light sensitive people. The bright bathroom light turns on the moment you walk in, which is tough, especially in the middle of the night. The main light is very bright and embedded in the ceiling overhead, and there are no options for softer light in floor lamps for example.

Fun hotel with thoughtful touches throughout, professional and welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, and excellent location.

Reception staff were wonderful and always wanted to help as much as possible. The hotel is very well located amongst lots of lovely old town attractions. The room was very comfortable with a good shower.

Loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Vilnius. Location was perfect, breakfast was excellent, room was beautifully appointed and bathroom was great.

Perfect location in old town. There are a lot of bars, restaurants all around. Bed was very comfortable. Room was clean. You can regulate temperature in your room electronically. Staff is polite. Very nice atmospfere in the hotel.

Breakfast was ok, tasty, but I would appreciate more fruits. It is only a suggestion nothing bad.

Very comfortable king size bed in a clean, quiet environment. Very friendly front desk and cleaning staff. Very good breakfast. Nice shower. Ideal location for touring. Most remarkable was that large comfortable bed — very restful stay.

Breakfast could have been a bit more varied.

The hotel has its own characteristics. It is an amazing stay that represents Vilnius. It is located a few minutes walk from the Vilniaus arkikatedra (Vilnius Catherdral). In a street full of restaurants, cafe's and shops.The rooms where very clean, the bed confortable, shower very good and the staff was helpfull and polite.

One small thing that botherd us was that some of the lights where motion triggerd instead of a normal button. This meant that if you needed te be in the bathroom at night. The whole room would be lit up. The way we fixed this was to cover up the motion sensors when going to bed. Which is an option. Hoeever we would rather prefer normal light buttons.Furthermore, there were lights in the room that couldn't be turned off at all (little blue lights and the screen of the temperature control) that together lit up the whole room. If you're someone that needs to sleep in a dark room, this can be annoying.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable and they serve an excellent breakfast.

Everything at this hotel was great! The reception staff member was very friendly, the check in/out process was easy and the common areas very well designed. The location was absolutely perfect in the centre of the old town, close to attractions and nice restaurants and shops. The room itself was very stylish and big, with a comfy bed and good shower and sinks. The breakfast was varied and delicious with good coffee too and the breakfast room was very cute and historic. I would love to come back!!!

A bit more coffee in the pack in the room, coffee maker was cool though!

Right in the center of the Old town. Everything was fine, and the staff was extremely helpful! Good and reach breakfast.

The full light in the bathroom was switched on/off automatically, so at night it was not convenient.

The room we were originally booked into had a faint smell of smoke, and the staff were nice enough to move us to an even nicer room. The room had plenty of space, beds were comfy, shower was nice, art was cool. The location could not better. Everything was great.

Breakfast was ok, some of the hot food was served cold, floors in breakfast room were not very clean, did not look as if they had been swept in a few days, food on floor.

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. He property is artfully decorated and has a unique, sophisticated style.

While everything was exceptional, the breakfast is the least interesting part of the experience. Decent breakfast buffet.

Rooms looked good on the pictures while booking.

On booking it was stated 20m room. In fact it was maximum 12m.On the photos there are nice looking rooms with art and designed in different way. In fact there was small standard room with nothing from that, I saw on the photos.Condition is dirty, dusty and made loud noise. Can’t sleep when it is on. Without condition nothing to breathe. Very bad sleeping.Hairdryer did not work.At 8:55 am I was naked going out after shower and cleaning service just opened the door without even trying to knock the door.And deposit for the minibar is disrespectful. If I use it, I pay for it.

Where can I start? The design of the hotel exceeds all name brand hotels. The location perfect. The breakfast uber great. This is our second time at the hotel and will go there every time in Vilnius.
