    Pros +

    • Great location.
    • The breakfast was what expected from Best Western Hotels; The room was large and the location ideal for site seeing or work.
    • -Location is great, next to 2 big central shopping malls and easy walking distance to Vilnius center. -Slightly cheaper than the better hotels around. -I liked the spacious breakfast room.

    Cons -

    • Wasn't very clean in the bathroom and under the chairs in the living room. Some dusts and hair was there.
    • When I first entered my assigned room late at night, I was met with a strong sewage-like smell. The odor persisted throughout my stay and the air remained stale. Overall hygiene was poor—housekeeping seemed to consist of little more than making the bed each day. Even unused coffee mugs in the room were dirty, highlighting the lack of attention to cleanliness. Far more concerning, however, was the matter of safety. One day I left the hotel early in the morning and returned only at 8pm that night to find my room door half-open. I always double-check hotel doors, and this particular one required extra effort to close properly, so I am certain I had secured it before leaving. Since I departed before housekeeping arrived, it is clear that the cleaning crew left it open. This was deeply unsettling. While nothing was stolen, this breach is unacceptable in any hotel. Another day the corridor on the second floor was filled with cigarette smoke, which I reported. Once again, the matter was brushed off with the explanation that housekeeping would investigate the next day. Terrible. Please avoid!
    • -2 main words about the hotel - worn-out and outdated (for example, a cracked sink, cracked tiles, old-fashined plan of the room, old furniture, unpleasant interior colors).-Facilities. The room is too dark, there are some lamps at the entrance and bathroom that do not switch on. -Not soundproof. I could hear things happening in the corridors and other rooms. -Questionnable cleaningness. Cleaning personnel seemed to be entering the room but were not cleaning. The pieces of the broken glass on the bathroom floor stayed during the whole duration of my stay.

Location. As for business propose it was good enough

A post-Soviet hotel in the spirit of the USSR. The bed and mattress (see photo) wouldn’t pass even for a hostel, let alone for a hotel claiming to be four stars. On the day of arrival the heating was off, it was –7°C outside, and by morning I realized I had to open the valve on the radiator myself… are we talking about comfort or a survival course? The room has an air conditioner with no remote, so it’s impossible to switch it to heating. The restaurant closes at 19:00, meaning that after a long working day you have to look for food somewhere else.A miserable shower cabin where you can’t turn around and the doors barely close.A depressing sight — and more importantly, a depressing feeling after five nights in this hotel.

The employees were amazing. The breakfast was good and filling.

The rooms were a bit old.

Quite responsive staff, calm hotel with nice large rooms. There is a bath in a room (which is incredible) and free access to gym, sauna and a swimming pool in a hotel.

Early breakfast (before 8am) is pretty modest, but it's better than nothing.

Location is excellent, good connection from the airport. Breakfast is rich. Good internet connection, rooms are clean and comfortable

The water pressure was weak and it took longer until the water was cold (for drinking)

Good location. Next to bus stop. 25 min walk to center. Mall / Food joint 5 min walk. Nice breakfast. Juice machine (nectar machine) looks common across baltics… :( Helpful staff. Parking next to hotel (with fees €10). Comfortable bed. Clean. Working A/c. Good value for money.

    No English Channel in TV.

The bed room they first give me have dirty Stains on the duvet, they changed the Room for me . But the second room has more problem. The light on the mirror in the toilet can’t be switched off. Even I asked them to come to check how to switch off ; they don’t know. The first night they said ok tomorrow we will change the room for me. And then the second morning another staff told me she would help me to switch off but at that night they still couldn’t switch it off. So the light at the room at night was a big problem to sleep unless I unplug the card, in this case I can’t have electricity in the room …….

Great location, good value walking distance to old town, which is absolutely fabulous

Rooms are quite dated but a good size good air conditioning

    4BrentPosted on: 8-6-2025

Breakfast was ok. There was eggs, a waffle maker, cereal, and various other items. The location was great, a medium walk to old town.

The hotel is really outdated and needs renovation badly!

    7ArnasPosted on: 8-5-2025

Quite a convenient location with good access to the public transport and a walkable distance away from the Old town.

Rooms could really use an upgrade and the reception staff struggled with Lithuanian.

    8LeocadiaPosted on: 8-4-2025

Excellent location and very comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

Booking.com said there would be a free airport shuttle. The hotel doesn't offer a free shuttle.

Great location in city center. Value for money

Quite old facilities in general. Breakfast could be better.

It is very beautiful hotel with shiny lobby, covered with marmor tiles next to elevators. Also the suite was incredible with luxirious conditions which contain bath at the bathroom, 2 toilets, 1 wardrobe, 1 big room and smaller bedroom. (Bedroom has very comfort bed with soft bed lines and with a comfortable mattress.

I didn't like that elevator doors closed too fast as if they had closed with a bang. :)

Perfect value for money.Great connection to the vilnius airport and main train station.Around 20 minutes from old town.

It is not I did not like, just it needs some refursbishment I think. But for the price it is nearly perfect.
