St Palace hotel

The reception is extremely helpful and friendly, allowing us to have an earlier check-in as we arrive to Vilnius since morning. Everything in the loft room was cozy and sufficient, the location is 10/10.

The staircase makes it a little tricky to carry large luggages down, but manageable.

There was no elevator in the building where we stayed. We checked in at around 7:00 p.m. and asked the staff whether it was possible to upgrade our room to a building with an elevator. However, the staff informed us that we would need to arrange an extra bed ourselves if we change the room, which was not helpful.

The breakfast wasn't the best? and there was some stuff... like ESPECIALLY the girl who is training at the reception was more than terrible to us really despicable and not polite not helpful ruling her eyes and when I asked for help because I don't speak Lithuanian and I'm not from the country and I was only visiting for the first time her response was "I'm not Google" really made us feel unwelcome and that's the only reason we would never go back there!!!!

Great location, very clean and cozy hotel.It's our second stay and we will definitely come back.

The location, staff, having a balcony and the views!

Staff so unfriendly- never a welcome when I arrived- I’d walk past them in and out of a hotel- never a greeting. Asked for some milk for my coffee in the morning from the bar - lady so rude so much attitude- next day same thing and then a guy there said they’re not supposed to be giving “tons” of free milk away. I was like fine- I’ll pay- then he said he didn’t know how much to charge and needed to call his manager - ridiculous.

I really liked the location, the comfortable beds, and the friendly staff. We were upgraded to a suite.

The design is a bit too kitschy for my taste. The coffee machine is quite small, so there’s a line every morning.

Incredible location with beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean rooms.

Breakfast during the morning rush was quite busy/chaotic. Best to go early to beat this.

Great little boutique hotel in a good location. The views from the room were lovely and the bathroom was very modern with a bathtub. I thought it was good value.

Not much common space. I was told the spa was under construction.

The staff was exceptional! They went all and beyond to accommodate all the requests. Very professional, accommodating, and caring.

Breakfast buffet used to be much bigger and better.

The location was amazing, close to everything - beautiful downtown, main bus and train station, a lot of restaurants and cafes, beautiful churches. Just great. The room was great and the bed was really comfortable. If I’ll come again to Vilnius it would be my hotel again.

My phone service provider lied and said I could call home as long as i was in the wifi. I was in the hotel wifi and I could only email.

More variety in the room service menu.

Had a beautiful panoramic view of Vilnius, a wonderful bathtub in the room, a generous coffee and minibar selection. And the staff was very courteous and accommodating!

Very calm atmosphere, old fashion style.

Bathroom is not safe. A shower stall instead of a bath tub would be much safer. It's easy to slip when getting out of the bath - there's not even a handle to hold on to.

Great location in the Old Town. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful.
