Pros +
- Location, breakfast, staff, good internet.
- Very classy, warm, sophisticated feeling from staying here. Staff was great, breakfast was fantastic. Right in old town and although we weren’t able to have dinner at the restaurant we ate at the attached place next to it and it was very good as well. A great stay!
- Charming hotel with beautiful rooms in a perfect location. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast service was very good.
Cons -
- Combo shampoo/conditioner does not work. Need to have separate conditioner. Should provide bottled water daily, not just 1st day.
- Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. If anything, I’d say the photos on Booking.com don’t do the hotel justice — the rooms and the entire property are far more beautiful in person. I loved everything about my stay and would only advise the hotel to update their pictures to reflect how wonderful it truly is.
- However, during our trip in the Baltic, there were other hotels that were much better at communicating exactly where the city parking lots were rather than a vague set of verbal directions with an X on a map that did not prove to have a parking lot there for overnight parking. We stayed in all three capitals in the Baltic and a few small towns like Tartu and Parnu. And in all the 7 other hotels we stayed, new bottles of water were provided in the room every day and were always complimentary. Because every other hotel in the region we encountered had a different practice, I was surprised to find that only the water provided the first night was complimentary in a Relais & Chateau hotel that’s supposed to be one of the best in terms of service and quality. And although the lobby was beautifully decorated, it had a very strong perfume scent every time we entered the lobby.

Exceptional hotel in the middle of the historic center of town. Big beautiful rooms and great service.
Beautifully designed property, impeccably clean, super friendly, perfectly located in the center of old town and very helpful front desk! I 100% recommend and would stay again!
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town, and from the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with genuine warmth and attentive service. The Junior Suite is highly recommended — it truly feels like a home away from home: beautifully decorated, cozy, and equipped with everything you might need. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the living area is both inviting and elegant.Even before our arrival, Andrius was an absolute gem. He helped us arrange a full-day tour outside Vilnius and patiently answered all of our questions with professionalism and friendliness, never once sounding rigid or formal. Upon check-in, Simone was equally superb — offering thoughtful dinner recommendations, assisting us with a booking at the hotel’s beautiful Lithuanian restaurant, and arranging our spa visit. It was our very first time in Lithuania, but thanks to the warmth of the staff and the comfort of the hotel, we felt completely at home.

We really enjoy our stay there. We recommend this hotel. The staff were very nice, the hotel is located in a beautiful area. It has a park in the front. Breakfast was very good.
We got a junior suite with spa access and it was very roomy with high ceilings, with bright large windows and two air conditioning units. It was very clean with a large bathroom with two sinks with a countertop so it was easier to put me and my husband’s toiletries on there. Is conveniently close to the center of town, but no parking. Closest parking lot were more than 12+ minute walk away, which isn’t a huge issue since we tended to walk everywhere around old town anyway. The spa was wonderful and required advanced booking. then you get the entire spa and pool area to yourself. It is beautifully decorated, and you can have the area for an hour a day. The pool also had a machine that would inject a strong current so that you could swim in that current indefinitely. My husband also loved the bucket that you can pull on to dump very cold water onto your head. It was next to 2 showers in the sauna area. Breakfast was lovely with the buffet and hot options. and you can eat outside in a beautiful courtyard or indoors. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel was fabulous. Staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area were fabulous. The Junior Suite was a nice size. Room rate was quite reasonable for the quality. My wife used the fitness facility every day and said it was great. We both used the spa/sauna every night and we loved it.
For some reason, AC was off for the first night (or two) we were there, apparently in the whole hotel. Not sure why because it was a little warm. The hotel turned the AC on after we asked about it. A small thing, but there were not enough hangars for my wife and me in the closet. I asked for more hangars right after we checked in in the early evening and it took until mid morning the next day to get them.
Fantastic location in the center of town. Quaint and charming hotel with historic vibe. The glassmakers on the door handle are such a cute touch. Very clean. Comfortable and quiet rooms with all amenities. Great breakfast buffet with excellent service. The gym was reasonably large with reasonable equipment.
There were a few minor things, which one can easily skip, but i will mention because this is a 5-star hotel that prominently brags about the celebrities and heads of state it hosted. The safe in the room did not work when we arrived; we had to ask for help at reception, and they insisted on fixing it as we were heading out (rather than later when we return), making us late. The door to the bathroom needed oiling :) The coffee in the room was powdered coffee rather than nespresso. Finally, some things were a bit unsafe: the cleaners do not put “slippery” signs when they mop. and I saw a server almost fall by slipping on a wet floor one morning. Some steps are not marked and are dark — I almost fell on one. And the elevator door slammed in my husband’s knee as we was maneuvering the suitcases into it when we left. Otherwise, no complaints: 4.8 stars overall.
Hotel Stikliai is beautifully situated in the old Jewish quarter of Vilnius, probably the nicest area to stay in town since it is quite and calm and near the major sights without being on the main drag. The hotel is beautifully decorated, with lots of period details and interesting furniture and art, the staff are enormously helpful and forthcoming, and our room was spacious and lovely. We ate twice at the Tavern, which serves beautifully executed Lithuanian food (don't miss the potato pancakes and salmon!). And I loved the private sauna. A truly fabulous hotel.
Historic, gorgeous, architecture, large room & comfortable, double sink
Charm, outstanding breakfast, location, helpful staff
Just a little pricey for a tiny room
Beautiful Property and the staff were amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and able to check in early. The front desk helped us navigate the area with recommendations. The property is well laid out with many spaces to relax. We were able to play a solid game of billiards. The room was clean and comfortable. There is an inside and outside garden space. Breakfast had buffet and menu items. The property is centrally located to everything. It was a great time and a great boutique hotel. We will be back!
Old school vibe, very spacious, very comfy beds
No parking available in a 5 star hotel? Really? My room was entered twice without any permission or notice. First time a lady came randomly at 5pm and after knocking for 3 times and not hearing the word "busy", she let her self in:) second time in the morning a cleaning lady entered WITHOUT even knocking, i was fully naked and shocked by such behavior in a five star hotel.Breakfast is 27 euro per person and is TOTALLY not worth such a price
Friendly staff, nice location, good breakfast.
Room was very good.Breakfast - excellent.Location - excellent.
Location, breakfast ?, staff , hotel design. Inside gardens ♥️
A bit noisy at night on the weekends, but it's can't be helped.
A beautiful hotel set right in the heart of Vilnius old town. The room was compact and comfortable. Breakfast included a wide selection and on my birthday they surprised me with a cake and candle. The private swimming pool and sauna were a "wow" and the pool table was great. The doorman was exceptionally accomodating.
The desk staff could have been friendlier at check in. They did not volunteer information about the hotel or make any suggestions about where to go. Also the room was not dark enough.
Outstanding small boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town. Beautiful and tasteful decor. Room was spacious and high quality. The sound insulation of the windows was miraculous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices.
The smaller shower head had to be held in your hand. I really hate that when rain style shower heads are installed. Spoiled a perfect stay.
