Lacation, room size, parking lot.

Staff took a while to register couple of guests.

Bad Service, dust all over, not clean, new, untrained staff.

Clean. Nice check in. Warm.

Breakfast was as expected, plenty to choose from. Tasty food in restaurant to dine. Room was clean, stayed with kids, room was large enough and comfortable. Liked the art in the rooms and common places. The room had tea kettle (much appreaciated!), some tea and coffee.

Could be more vegetables options for breakfast.

The property is located in a prime location with local attractions less then .5 mile away. I liked that when I had an issues it was resolved in a timely manner.

I didn’t like the key card controlled the electricity.

Good location, cozy vibes, polite staff, clean apartments.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I expected, the walls were quite thin and the apartment was a bit cold for my liking, but these are quite minor inconveniences.

The room was so spacious - I was so impressed. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi was good. The room was clean and quiet at night. The breakfast was great. The location was also good - about 10 minutes on foot to the bus and train station. I got to check-in early as my room was already ready - that was a real life saver as I had a really early flight. There was a luggage room and an elevator. Very good value hotel!

Of course there could be more options at breakfast, but it still had everything you could think of. And I cannot think of any negative thing to add here - I was really satisfied!

Very clean rooms, excellent location, friendly staff and very good breakfast. What is always the most important for me is comfy bed, which was really good:I liked how Christmas music was playing as soon as you entered the room. And i loved music theme going on everywhere in the hotel. And the fact that it’s eco friendly is good too!

The only tiny downside is maybe TV. For such a room it felt quite small

As this was my first trip to Vilnius, I found Comfort Hotel LT - Rock 'n' Roll a good choice in accommodations. The breakfasts were very good and provided a broad selection of menu items. The meals I took later at the hotel were also good. My room was very comfortable and clean. Overall the hotel was very modern and provided a very pleasant stay. The key thing again was the hotel staff. Breakfast and dinner servers were excellent along with the cleaning staff. Everyone at the front desk was great in answering questions, giving guidance on how to get around the city, and helping me get to the Vilnius Airport early in the morning by calling a cab. I had originally planned to use public transportation but the heavy rain the morning of my departure changed my mind.

The only thing I can suggest would be to perhaps expand the menu selection for food outside of breakfast. Offering more choices would be nice. Otherwise, Comfort Hotel LT - Rock 'n' Roll was a great place to stay.

Great hotel, well situated from both bus and train stations with a large grocery store and pharmacy, etc. across the street. The Old Town is a short walk away. A hotel for music lovers with unique lobby decor and signage as well as on each floor.

The hotel is 10/10 perfect. The room was very nice and clean, with a view of the city. The breakfast served is quite diverse. There is a deli in the hotel (basically a vending machine), so one can get sandwiches etc. even late at night. The location is right next to the Old Town as well as the main bus station, and is great for tourists.

Very hospitable staff. Loved the deluxe room, very cozy and had everything I needed for one night.

Clean, close to the bus/train station, free good todrink tap water, comfy bed.

Far from the city centre, not the safest neighbourhood, small room, no bath,overcharging for goods, weird sound using elevator.

We got the biggest room - the room is amazing! room for bedroom and room for living room.great Shower and coffee machine and every day new 2 bottles of water.Great hotel!!!

The location is 2 Km from old town but 7 minutes from Bus/Train station.

Персанал вельмі прыязны, комната дастаткова вялікая, амаль ідэальны ложак (падушка для мяне завялікая, але я прызвычаіўся), душ вельмі зручны, вельмі добры асартымент сняданку, які кроху адрозніваецца ў розныя дні. Увогуле вельмі стылёвы інтэр'ер. Вельмі блізка да аўтавакзалу й старога гораду.

Было вельмі душна ў час сну, прыходзілася адчыняць вакно, і было вельмі шумна з-за трафіку на вуліцы. Слабы сігнал WiFi: малая хуткасць, заўважна разраджаецца акумулятар тэлефона.

No complaints

I liked the gym and the continental breakfast a lot.The cleaning staff for the rooms those ladies are terrific.

Burger from "a la Carta" menu was fine.

Staff asking questions, harrasing me to call the police.
