Green Vilnius Hotel

The staff! They were so positive and helpful with all of our requests and truly made our stay. Very clean as well!

It's not a big thing, and we understood when we booked, but the hotel was a little far away from the sights we wanted to see. However the staff explained about the buses and taxis and we were fine, but next time we will stay closer to the old town/downtow

Great interior, tasty breakfast, spacious and comfortable room.

Shower temperature could randomly jump to much colder or much hotter. Breakfast was great, but selection could be a little broader, but it's appropriate for the price.Immediate surroundings are a bit depressing.Room has good heat insulation, but heating would've been preferred as the weather was quite cold.

Brekfast staf looking angry . Not nice . Cleaning staf asking not to go to Toilet because just been cleaned . Discusting . Not right .

Pelows are bad . Bedvery uncomfortable. Toilet close to shower no Wher to move . Heating in a room just a bit . Toilet was stinking very badly .

Breakfast was surprisingly good. The room and bathroom were spacious.Due to the modest price the overall package was excellent value.

Facilities have seen better times.

Cheap stay & poor service

During checkout the receptionist was rude. I gave her back the key from the room and she didn't say good-bye or anything to confirm that the check-out has been processed. So I just standed there for like 5-7 minutes thinking that receptionist is preparing the invoice I requested the day before. After 5 minutes of waiting at the desk, the receptionist asked – "how can I help you?". Turns out she was doing something unrelated to my invoice in the computer and let me awkwardly stand there. I told her she didn't say Good-bye or anything indicating that my checkout has been processed to which she said – she did (besides she was supposed to give me the invoice upon checking out). Even if she did so, she should've reacted sooner and with kindness.

If you just need a sleepover stay driving through Vilnius it's an 8 - great value, free parking, breakfast, lobby bar.

If you are on a longer city visit it's a 5 - location with nothing but one shopping mall around, no TV in a room, breakfast is very basic, and the hotel itself is a bit worn down.

The hotel is at excellent location. Hotel is clean. The breakfast is fantastic. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean.

Good location not far from the center and at the same time almost on the city bypass road. Shopping centre in 5 min also good. Hotel simple but comfortable for the price they offer. Breakfast also Ok. No problem with parking

Bathroom is definitely not their strong point, but Ok

Small TV, on the website, was written private bath but got a shower, as a bath lover it was sad.

Swedish table was nice. Boiled eggs were cold but was still nice. Parking good :)

1st floor Hallway. Gave me 80s horror movie vibes. Carpet, long corridor and doors. At first i was wow.

The noise in the bathroom, i think it was ventilation, but it doesn’t turn off, but you get use to it

I had to leave early on Saturday morning, before breakfast and I was surprised with breakfast bag to take away.

We liked the place, the facilities and the breakfast was fine. Very comfortable beds. We met only kind staff members and would surely recommend this place - considering the fair price range.

Unfortunately theres was an unpleassant odour coming from the sewer system in the bathroom. The sewer system needs more ventilation ;-)

terrible thats what i can say, all bed sheet covered in persons or animals hair and got stains.looks very unhealthy environment

Good location and that"s it.

Bathroom was filthy, bad smell everywhere in a building. Beds very unconfortable. During the breakfast personnel disturbs every few minutes by taking plates which is really unnecessary and ruins calmness of family breakfast.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast wasn't really good. It's not really much to choose. Boiled eggs were cold. Coffee didn't taste like coffee. There was more water than coffee. Margarine instead of butter. Room - fine, but very small. There is no kettle in the room. It was very noisy both days. The first night child was crying next to our room. The second night, a couple were very noisy. There are too many alcoholics around. This was our second and last time in this hotel. Never ever coming back.

Free parking, nice breakfast.

Bad sound isolation, it was possible clearly to hear what drunk neighbors are talking about. The room needs renovation, everything was old. So it was good that we just spend a few nights there.
