Exceptional service recovery – A masterclass in hospitality​We experienced a serious security mix-up regarding our room access during our stay. It could have easily ruined our trip, but the management's reaction was a lesson in excellent service.​They didn't look for excuses – they took full responsibility immediately. They issued a full refund for the night, offered us a private sauna session as a treat (which we sadly were too tired to use), and even proactively arranged and paid for our taxi to the airport.​I must also mention that beyond this incident, the service level of the entire hotel staff was outstanding throughout our stay.​A hotel is measured not when everything is perfect, but by how they handle problems. The team at Ratonda showed rare integrity and generosity. You turned an unpleasant incident into a memory of outstanding care. Highly recommended.

Very good location, quite and comfortable room, very good price option.

Location was great. Breakfast had a lot of choice and plenty of it. Comfy beds! And the room was very sound proofed, considering we were on the ground floor near stairs, we didn't hear a thing..

Bed covers were super small. AC didn't work. Room was always a bit chilly. Cleaning every day was basically just folding the bed covers - the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned.

Nice room size, big bathroom, good wifi. The location was great, staff very polite and helpful, bed comfortable. Good choice of food for breakfast.

Room was a very comfortable room and size. The Hotel and our room were extremely clean and the breakfast was very good.

Very minor detail. One reason we booked was because it had a sauna, but didn't realize that we would need to pay to use it, but this was not the primary reason we booked here.

Very new, clean and comfortable hotel in a quiet street. Spacy bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, AC. Super welcoming and helpful receptionists! Unfortunately we missed the opportunity to visit the sauna, but next time will definitely try it too!Breakfast was sufficient and all fresh.

We stayed a second time, which speaks for itself. Location is great, and hotel is quiet, which we love. The room was spacious, bed hard but comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and practical. We also used the gym which was one of the reasons we booked it. It was great hotel also had a safe to put belongings in.

Gym is very small with bare minimum of equipment for exercise, better than nothing but could be improved. TV was old and could have had more channels.

Excellent stay! The hotel has a perfect location, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the cleanliness was outstanding. Everything was simply great – highly recommended!

Nothing....we had a great stay and nothing we can think of that could have been better or in the staff's control.

Really good value - during a probably quieter period we paid about £80/100 USD per night: room and bathroom were spacious enough, simple but clean (and the bathroom even has a towel radiator). Breakfast was great (continental breakfast assortment including fresh fruit as well as some "Lithuanian" items like curd-filled pancakes, coffee machine for lattes etc.). We were on the 2nd floor, it was quiet, and there was a quick elevator. Location is very convenient - very close to a bus stop that brings you directly to the airport, as well as a short walk into old town. We were able to leave our luggage as well on our last day. - We would book here again for our next Vilnius trip.

Nothing major: No USB plugs to charge. Not an issue during our visit, but I don't think there was room AC available. There is a heater though (probably good in winter months).

- I was downgraded (from standard room to tiny). The room was unpleasant to be in. - Some basic facilities were missing. For example, the room did not include a fridge; there was some coffee powder but no creamer, etc.

Great location, wonderful delicious breakfast.

It’s a great hotel, but The rooms in a new wing lack sound proofing. You can clearly hear what’s going on next door and with people moving in and out during the night it gets very noisy.

The room was very nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee, and a kettle were provided in the room. The bed was large and comfortable. There was air conditioning and it worked well. The breakfast was also very tasty. The hotel location is very central, but on a quiet side street, meaning it is very easy to walk to major attractions, but there is no disruption when trying to sleep. I had absolutely zero problems or complaints. Overall, I was very happy with my stay, and will stay here again the next time I visit Vilnius.

For some people it might be a bit far from the Old Town. But for the cultural events we were going to it was absolutely perfect!

Reception personnel were superb, extremely helpful, cheerful and really nice. Breakfast was excellent with many healthy choices and fabulous freshly baked bread. Room was very quiet.

Water is extremely soft, making showering somewhat difficult

Such a cozy hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The location is perfect, and the staff were so kind and attentive to our needs. We’d be happy to come back again next time. Thank you!
