Excellent location, helpful staff.

A bit small, but a great and clean room.

A bit far away from the old town (around 30 min by walk)

I liked the confort of having kitchen in the room, staff was great, parking available on-site. The room was overall great value for the money

Not fan of non having TV infront of the bed, although in the room there was a sofa in-front of the TV so, I guess it's OK, but non smart TV...? that dissapointed a little bit, I had to watch movies from my laptop instead

Clean room and with a whole kitchen in another room that has everything you need to make meals or coffee. The room is quite small but comfortable (family of 4 here). The balcony was nice.

The location is approximately 20 min walking to the city center in the very quiet zone, with the huge supermarket just 5 min walking. Clean, comfortable bed, good internet, very helpful staff. If we come Vilnius next time, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. There's a very nice French restaurant and a mini market a few blocks away. The hotel is within walking distance to a large supermarket.

One of the two rooms did not have AC and the toilet did not flush properly. The kitchen was not available the first night and we had to make do with a tiny kitchen next to our room.

“ Cheap “ 2 inch mattress on spring box, uncomfortable bed, reception closed - 12 midnight till 7 am, then enter by using a code, extra charge for cleaning service. When checking out - no charge , small size room ?‍♂️

The hotel is excellent, I highly recommend it. The location is perfect, the Wi-Fi works very well, and the room service is great. The rooms are clean and cozy. The reception staff are very friendly and responsive.

A pleasant and clean apartment complex. There was a reception and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The room had everything we wanted and was clean and well laid out.

It was all good no issues. the staff even swept up the leaves from the trees outside the entrace.

The new place they shifted us was close to police station and jail. Very bad neighbourhood. The building was very old and had very bad ambience. Furthermore the room was so small and the sofa bed was barely enough for 1 person . Would not recommend to any

The location is in the city center almost at the borders of the old town, with a big grocery store nearby. Also, the staff is friendly (when seen).

The room smell was very bad, I had to open the window a whole day to ventilate a little to reduce the smell a little, probably they need some deep cleaning. Also, the staff is not always on the reception (even in working hours) to ask the needed questions.

The bathroom sink was clogged, water was taking forever to go down the drain. The shower was too small.

Location is good, you can reach almost everything by foot, but also Bolt drivers aways are nearby.I had a really comfortable bed. My fridge didn’t work, but was fixed very quickly.

Stairs. Had the room on upper floor - without elevator, after heart surgery, was difficult to go up. With luggage. You must be aware: the room is very small - but if you are just for sleep there, then will be fine. Also the shower: if you are a bit bigger size, it’s difficult to take a shower in this hotel. I had stinky fridge, but after a mention about it on reception, was fixed in one day.

Spacious room, comfortable and good location without car.

The room smelt of wet dog. Ant infestation in bathroom. Kitchen was in a separate room to bedroom.
