    Pros +

    • Service, breakfast, location, Roof top Restaurant/Bar, spacious room.
    • The unique modernist feel of the room, furniture and overall decor of the hotel. Vey quirky and unusual.
    • The hotel is fully renovated. Comfortable beds and large bathroom. Coffee and tea in the room. Good breakfast selection but they remove it sharply!

    Cons -

    • We stayed in a junior suite. It was nice and large, but it was very dark. I could not get the air conditioning to work, as the hotel had control of the rooms. I had to call to set the temperature I desired. Not very clean room.
    • Staff at the bar were a bit rude.
    • The staff are quite unhelpful and somewhat rude, cannot even explain where the hotel parking is. Their behaviour is more about wanting to be pleasing to their boss or their rules than the client's needs.

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly; particularly the front desk/Reception staff. The hotel was clean and had really good facilities. I ate in the restaurant and would also compliment the food; it was delicious.

Gym opening hours and also breakfast opening hours. Would like the gym to have been 24/7 as the 7am - 10pm schedule didn't work well for me. Breakfast starting at 6:30am would have also been preferable - Minor points of feedback - Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, great location, very big rooms, nicely decorated, renovated, great breakfast, excellent ambience.

The service at the bar could have been better.

    10Haim D.Posted on: 10-27-2025

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The stuff are very attentive in polite. The location was very good for us and the breakfast was fair.

    10WilliamPosted on: 10-26-2025

Very clean, modern hotel in a good location. It is just outside of the old city and near the Occupation and KGB MUseum, which is worth vistiting. They offer a very tasty breakfast. The staff is cheerful and helpful.

    10CherylPosted on: 10-1-2025

The hotel offers comfort, class and convenience. We did not expect to be so close to all the sights, restaurants and activities. Our large studio apartment was just what we needed to enjoy our time in Vilnius.

The area for the coffee machine and juice in the breakfast bar is very cramped and makes it difficult to get around others trying to get their drinks.

    9KrzysztofPosted on: 9-26-2025

It is a great offer regarding the price. The location is excellent if you are tourists. The breakfast is rich and tasty except the poor coffee.

The reception staff is unprofessional and unable to show positive emotions towards guests. At least some of them do. The shelves in our room were dusty during the entire stay - 8 days.

    9LouisPosted on: 9-23-2025

A classic hotel set in the old Vilnius. Fantastic reception people. Well restored dinning room.

    8CarolPosted on: 9-18-2025

Front desk was very helpful & friendly. Room was a good size and location good near shops & restaurants

The beds were so uncomfortable we had to request they change the mattresses. Which they did, but shouldn't have had the problem in the first place.

    6AlexanderPosted on: 8-27-2025

Location of the hotel is brilliant, close to the center of town! Nice modern look to the whole place (except the breakfast area). Rooms, although quite hot (see text about that further on), are clean and spacious, including the bathroom. Breakfast is varied, good and plentiful. Great job.

    1. The room I booked (twin beds) was not the one I was given (double bed): if the hotel cannot garantee something, it should not offer it as a choice on booking.com. 2. The request I made (high floor), although confirmed in several email messages, was dismissed by the check-in personnel: they did not know about this, and could not or were not able to honor the confirmed request. Again, if the hotel cannot garantee something, it should not re-confirm it on booking.com, and leave it to (inexperienced?) to have a discussion about it. 3. The airconditioning in the room only worked for 5 minutes at a time, it wouldn't stay longer on the temperature I requested, kept going back to the pre-set temperature. The windows only open a little bit, so a warm room and a not-so-good nightrest was the consequence. Not so nice. 4. The hotel seems to prefer online feedback rather than doing something about a face-to-face complaint given to their personnel at the reception desk: they listened, but did not take notes or offer to fix the problem. (5. Although this is a question of taste, the breakfast area is quite somber compared to the rest of the hotel - pity.)

The room was big and comfortable, less the mattress. The restroom was also blvery big but they didnt ask me if i emwant shower or bath.

The bath its not so secure when u get out.
