Huh, this time I got a room facing to major road and it was so noisy. I did not want to complain, but I should have. And, breakfast is so boring, and I am not sure the breakfast staff even cares. Breakfast selection has gone downwards since it was last year. I will look around other places next time I visit Vilnius.

We were staying at the hotel in touristic purposes for just a few days. As some tourists do, we spent mostly mornings and evenings there so did not use many services the hotel provides (like lunch, laundry and more). Yet, would like to share the feedback for the next guests.- Neighborhood. The hotel is located in ~15 minutes walking distance to the Townhall Square. Once you cross the highway, you will be passing along the old nice streets for the rest of the walk. While the city center is usually crowded with lots of tourists, bars and restaurants, the hotel is located in a calmer place. Although, close to the restaurants and grocery stores. Also, it will take you up to 15 minutes to get to the airport by a taxi. So the whereabouts is quite convenient.- Hotel. The hotel is stylish and modern. The reception is working 24/7 and you access your floor and the room by the code keys they provide you. They also have very good breakfasts: fried eggs, sausages and bacon, vegetables, cheese and meat slicing, granola and muesli etc. The staff was also always friendly and helpful with whatever we asked for.Not much more to say, our stay went very well and nothing comes up to my mind to complain about. The hotel totally deserves the rate and the feedback so we would stay there again.

The hotel and the rooms totally match the photos and the description on Booking. So overall nothing has failed the expectations we had. We spent quite a lovely time in the hotel. Thank you and keep up!

Great location and comfortable rooms, spacious showers.

Everything was very nice except for one thing - the room was supposed to have one big queen sized or king sized bed but instead had two single beds pushed together, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep at times. Except for that - everything was truly great.

The room was clean and well-organized. I highly recommend adding breakfast to the booking. The staff were friendly and helpful. I requested a late checkout, and they were happy to accommodate it without any issues.

The water pressure in the shower could be a bit stronger. The room had two twin beds pushed together instead of a double bed, and they were starting to move apart during the night.

Great design! Great sleep! Great morning coffee! The hotel is not far from the old town.

The check-in can be done online so it was very smooth. All the house staff that I met were very nice (front desk, breakfast, housekeeping). The room was clean and just like in the pictures.

There's basically no amenities except for a shower gel shampoo. No shampoo only, no conditioner, no shower gel only, no hand soap (liquid or bar). No Qtips, no cotton pads, no shower caps, no toothbrush, etc.

1. At 7.30 they started some repair works just beside my room! Unbelievable how inconsiderate this was - disturbing the guests early in the morning. So much for the comfort of the guests, meh2. Breakfast is absolutely whatever. No gluten-free options3. The room is weird - like a wagoon4. No free water - i was suggested drinking tap water

It was very clean. Very pleasant check in. Free parking behind the building. They had good breakfast too. We paid little extra for it and it was worth it!

If you NEED parking this may not be the place. Limited parking and anyone can park. When hotel parking is full, they tell you to park on the street for a fee.

Facilities are modern and clean.

The receptionist in the turn of Tuesday night is absolutely rude, has no manners at all, negative attitude, arrogance response when asked for help by the customers. This was my worst experience with a reception agent ever.

Comfortable bed, good location.

Broken window - couldn't close it, broken/clogged shower drain, bad strong smell in the room, outlet only on one side of the bed, room cleaners knocking on the door every 15 minutes (there was no "do not disturb" hanger provided). Also checkin took about 15min even I booked and paid online prior to the visit.Also - Broken shower drain was being fixed while we were staying in the room. Its not a big deal, but I would never expect hotel to treat any guest this way, to have some man fixing their shower while they can't have their privacy/rest. Well anyways. Felt like I am student with plumber inside my dorm.
