The location was great. Easy to get on the shuttle to MSM. They had a restaurant.

It needed some sprucing for sure n carpet cleaning in the halls n rooms but location staff n food wonderful

Excellent location to access the shuttle bus to Mont St. Michel; Room was spacious and I enjoyed the small balcony connected to the room to get a view of Mont St. Michel in the distance; Restaurant had many delicious food items for a wonderful and filling breakfast; Since I was going to arrive late because of a bad storm, I called the hotel in advance to tell them -- they then recommended that I eat dinner ahead of arriving since it would be too late by then to eat in Mont St. Michel -- I was grateful to them for this advice so we were able to eat dinner that evening in a nearby town; Staff was very helpful in telling me where I could safely park my car for the night

Location is walking distance to Mont St. Michelle.

Extremely late check-in at 5 pm. Most hotels used to allow 1 pm, then 3 pm became the standard. But this one doesn't give you the room until 5 pm, which is really inconvenient.

The location was perfect for visiting Mont-Saint-Michel! The staff was also very helpful in letting us check in slightly early and also letting us know our options for seeing Mont-Saint-Michel.

The WIFI was very slow. No YouTube TV or Netflix was available on my TV. No English channels at all!

Very close to Mont St Michele.The manager gave us an excellent tip for entering the monastery, avoiding the shops and such.The shuttle for the wharf ride was across the street from the hotel. Parking was easy.

Location next to river and proximity to Mont St Michel

The bed needs to be replaced. A bit cramped. Toilet needs to be replaced.

We stayed two nights at Le Relais Du Roy and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with its own parking and right next to the shuttle bus that takes you to Mont Saint Michel. You can also walk to the Mont if you prefer, as it’s a very reasonable distance. The reception staff was extremely kind and helpful, offering us plenty of useful information to make the most of our visit. A very convenient and welcoming place to stay when exploring Mont Saint Michel.

The location was perfect! The staff was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to the shuttle stops and across the street from the gift shop.

The facilities could use an update. They're functional but the bathroom smelled moldy without seeing the actual mold.

Very close to MSM. I was very happy with the location. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was ok also. Overall it was easy and comfortable.

Fantastic, friendly and informative staff. English was no problem. Clean room, our fog was welcomed/ Natalie even remembered his name. Right next to the tidal inlet and barrage. Can’t get closer to mont st Michel without a boat!

There used to be a fabulous place to eat dinner here. It is where you eat breakfast, which is a lovely room. Due to the worldwide shortage of workers, they no longer do dinner. Also our twin bed was a bit cozier than normal, LOL- the twin bed was a bit small.

It was so close to The Mont Saint Michel that we could walk everywhere. It was so convenient.

It had charm and although it was very hot when we were there the staff provided fans. We could walk out the door and the shuttle was only 2 minutes away.
