Pros +
- Location, comfort of the bed & the very friendly & welcoming reception staff.
- Location near to Mont St Michel
- Room was larger than I expected, and staffs were really helpful. Breakfast were great to have.
Cons -
- We had the quadruple room, the stairs to the mezzanine were a little steep & best to navigate backwards when descending, but a really minor point.
- Difficult to find without mistakenly entering the general visitor car park. Very basic room. Minimal facilities. Staff not particularly helpful in finding food at 8 or 9 in the evening.
- Better to offer disposal slippers.

The room decor was cute - each room was a box car for cattle. The bed was very comfy - room small and shower was not the greatest - very small. The breakfast was very good.
There were no signs to get to the Hotel - they had given us a code. So after finally finding the box, we suddenly realized the code didn't open the 'arm'. We finally got in because at 7 pm, the gate opens! We tried for an hour before the arm went up!!
I thought breakfast was terrific and the location was outstanding.

The room, the perfect location next to the Mont
We had no clear information about how to get a shuttle at 6am to be at the Mont at 6.45am for the pray.We arrived a bit late and no restaurants still open in the area at 9pm.
The room was ordinary but comfortable, and dinner was available at two hotel restaurants on adjacent properties. The location was very good for an early shuttle ride and visit to Mont St. Michel.
We're just not fans of "institutional" hotels, but this was fine in every other respect.
Great location. Shuttle to Mont St. Mlchel just outside the door as well as a convience store and several restuarants. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A great breakfast and the room was very comfortable.
Everything was fine
Great breakfast. Helpful staff at the front desk.
Room was hot and no temperature control. The room was small and tight.
The location is excellent. There is a convenient shuttle bus that leaves frequently right in front of the hotel. This enabled us to visit Mont St Michel late in the evening after the crowds had left, which was very pleasant. We slept in a room with a loft which was very convenient for a family of four.
The hotel is close to the road. We slept with the window open and you could hear the cars passing by on the road loudly.
Great location, clean and good breakfast
Room was extremely hot since there is no AC. Very small room barely had space to walk.
Amazing location and very practical for MSM. The shuttle was great. Loved the setup of the mezzanine for four of us.
No air conditioning in the summer is a little harsh, but fine with the fan.
The hotel was located perfectly for seeing Mont Saint-Michel and other area sites. It was also located conveniently near multiple dining options. The room was clean and had ample room and storage for our belongings. Also, the reception staff was fantastic. The staff that checked me in spoke English very well, which was a huge plus, given that my ability to speak French is very limited. It made the entire process much easier than our stay elsewhere the prior evening.
The only drawbacks I had was the lack of air conditioning. I do understand that this is normal across most of the country, but it only was really an issue when having to leave the windows open to cool off, and our room was directly above the front entrance where people would smoke cigarettes and the smoke would end up coming into our room.
Very, very convenient to Mont St. Michel. It's not on the island itself but conveniently located just outside of it as you leave the island and head into town for some simple shopping and a cute dinner, if you'd like. The wooden walkway with regular trolleys is just at the intersection where this hotel is located. I found it perfect to ride a train to Pontorson, immediately rent a bike at the train station as there is a small business run by a few guys renting out bikes for 20euros/day, and then biking to the hotel. From the hotel, I could also continue on to the island of Mont St. Michel. Just perfect. There is a shopping center right across the hotel for some clothing, a limited selection of food to-go, and quick essentials. The hotel will give you a discount coupon for this store. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, not snobby at all like the Parisians. One lady agreed to stash my luggage in an office room rather than behind the front counter so as to keep my bag out of sight and a little bit safer. I would recommend to the hotel to make this a regular practice (perhaps with cameras) in addition to taking down names so that only the staff match the baggage to the customer to keep everything safe. This peaceful little town feels like it still has much gratitude for the Americans and the Allies who landed on D-Day to liberate Europe from the Nazis, and their friendliness is very appreciated compared to oblivious, ungrateful Leftists.
Have to be truthful: my bathroom sink smelled awful like it had mold or mildew from a leak somewhere. The walls and door are very thin such that you can hear conversations right outside in the hallway and people slamming their room doors.
Location, and this area has a free shuttle to Saint Michel every 10 mins.
There's no lift and no Aircon. The family room stairs are quite stiff only suitable for adults or tanagers to go up.
The amazing location. My kids loved the loft style room upstairs.
We had a room by the stairs and it was noisy at night with groups coming and going.
Very close access to the site, excellent full breakfast, kind and helpful staff
