Mercure Mont Saint Michel

The location is unbeatable.

3-star hotel. The rooms in the back building are quite outdated. Rooms have thin walls & we can hear the conversations next door. Make sure the hotel emails you a 6-digit code for the frontgate ahead of time, otherwise you can¿t get close to the hotel.

The room was clean and specious, perfect for our family with 2 young kids. Staffs were very helpful, and location is very close to everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, as well as the city.

Location, location, location! This was a great place to stay for the price.

The restaurant attached, Le Pre Sale, is pricey. Entry and exit instructions through the Mont Saint-Michel gate were confusing. Would have been helpful to have other local restaurant information for the surrounding villages.

The location is perfect if you are visiting Mont Saint Michel

The room had a smell of mold. I have allergy so didn't sleep really well. Also, I was a bit confused when I got to Mont St. Michel because I wasn't informed of the car-park access code. Therefore I paid unnecessarily for the car-park in one day

Room smelled like moldy urine. Access was code needed to get into the hotel region and that was not provided so much time, effort and confusion resulted prior to gaining entry after calling the hotel

We stayed in 8 different hotels on our recent trip to France and this was probably best hotel. Large room and bed was a nice change

Bathroom was odd with toilet in separate room from shower/vanity. Didn't get parking code emailed to me.

The location to Mont Saint-Michel was fantastic! The attached restaurant was wonderful.

I like that the property was in a great location. You could walk directly to the Abbey.

There’s no elevator for people with disabilities or heavy luggage. We ran out of shower gel after the first round of showers.

They recommended the restaurant down the street and were probably not aware that we needed a reservation. The restaurant staff was snooty when we arrived. So for the record, the hotel staff should be aware of the reservation requirement.

Location was excellent. Bus to Mont St. Michele would stop right across the hotel. Room was fairly sized. Toilet was extremely small and congested. That was the only bummer. Bathroom was fine in size. Both were separate from each other but attached to the room. So with the room. Great space for closet. Would stay again if we visit Mont St. Michele again. BTW you can also walk to Mont St Michele from hotel. It could be about 20 minutes but very peaceful scenery around. Now it was cold when we visited. Not sure if this walk would be tough in hotter weather.

Location is great for visiting Le Mont Saint Michel, restaurant for dinner was wonderful. Room was great, clean, roomy, and close to bus stop to Le Mont Saint Michel island.

Close to Mont Saint Michel. Free shuttle very close to hotel and also very walkable to Mont Saint Michel. Clean property.

No lift

Location is perfect. Room was comfortable quiet and clean. Had requested a room where we didn’t have to climb stairs with luggage and got it thanks to the person who checked us in and moved rooms around to accommodate our request. W

Pay close attention to the directions so you find the correct entrance. I drove through all the parking lots by mistake but fortunately kept going until I found the entrance. Gate code worked fine. Restaurant was full the night we arrived but fortunately the casual place across the street was good.

Friendly staff, excellent location, pristine rooms, modern styling and decor, free parking on a well lighted parking area.

No elevator to the second floor. Always a pain when you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Fortunately we know this was going to be an issue so we managed to bring the middle-sized suitcase instead of our 50 pounders.

The proximity to Mont Saint Michele is incredible. Cannot be beat. The room was quiet.

The TV didn't have internet so only local channels were available. The bed was uncomfortable.
