Hotel 22

I liked how they made it so easy to do the check-in by yourself via their key safe, as i arrived very late at night. And thank you so much for everything... I really enjoyed the stay. Hopefully to return very soon❤️

There was nothing to not like

Nice and quiet place. Clean.

Dependig of room wifi can be very good up to very bad.

Good location, easy check in

I booked this hotel many times, but this time I was given the wrong room with small bed and it was full of mosquitos. There was no one in the hotel to complain to. Also very hot in rooms, no AC

Good breakfast for the price. Included all the regular stuff that is usually served in the area. The room was also nice, even though the cleaning might have been unfinished when we went in since there was a towel on the shower closet door. It had however been removed when we went for dinner. Overall nice and spacious room.

Did not get any check in information after booking and the hotel reception was closed at about 7 pm. We however got in, and managed to check in with a lady who didn't speak English. I believe she wasn't regular staff but maybe a relative. For future it might be better to send check in information via booking.com.

the hotel looks very newit is quiet in the night

breakfast is a bad jokeloud during the day, with noise coming both from outside and inside the hotel

It was convenient, reasonable value for money and generally ok.

It was really weird as we arrived after midnight and left before 8:00, so we never met any staff at all. Also: in my friend's room there was a fusty smell which lasted until she left the following morning.

Modern, clean, free parking right outside the door.

Very clean and spacious rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Hotel mostly automatic, modern. Staff was kind and helpfull.

Pretty busy street

I liked that you can pick up your key via a locker.

It was so noisy as you could hear everything on the hallway. They just opened my door in the morning while I was showering. The location was also bad as it was out of the city centre and there is a tram in front of the hotel that makes a lot of noise

Disappointing

We'd booked 2 double rooms for 4 people, one room had a large bed but the other had just a single bed with some extra space. Both rooms had just 1 set of pillows and towels so there must have been a mix up in either the booking or communication with the hotel and booking.com.We arrived late at night so there were no one to speak to.

The rude hotelThe way you replay to people is reflecting directly on your business.

We talked on the phone with one of the staff, and she was very rude to us so we decided not to go to this hotel! Even that we paid to it in full!!

We stayed for one night and everything was OK. We were late because of a traffic jam, but we had an easy access to our room with the key left in a key box and code was sent by email. Rooms and bathroom were spacious, perfect for family.

Modern, spacious, brand new hotel on tramline to city centre (day ticket for all public transport cost €5). Comfortable and stylish room with large bathroom and excellent spa shower!

Breakfast very meaty, limited vegetarian choices. Staff unfriendly at breakfast. Parking area awaiting surfacing.

very clean, fast wifi, friendly staff.

the breakfast is simple but with delicious products. I was looking for such a location!

It was good enough for me!
