The hotel is totally excellent. Great location on the quiet Namesti Male less than 5 minutes from main square. Super clean room, spacious and exceptionally comfortable. Staff were wonderful and breakfast was amazing!

This was our first visit to both Hradec Králové and this hotel, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is fantastic—spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Our room was incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The staff were exceptional: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any requests. The spa was a definite highlight, offering a tranquil and rejuvenating experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.We also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and it was superb. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, with the waitstaff being both professional and welcoming.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Location, style

I only recommend to serve better coffee for the breakfast. I would welcome the possibility to order coffee made at the restaurant.

We had a roof window which was situated abobe the bed. So i felt the cold air coming in all night.

Some of the rooms have the older tubs with shower spray and not a full shower. Probably need to clarify if you prefer a tub or shower

The breakfast was okay, but nothing to write home about. The second morning of my stay I was afraid to drink coffee or juice because of the water issue, that was not handled well!

Wellness is supposed to be available to guests from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. On the first day of our stay the wellness was available from 6:00 pm. The hotel leased the facility to a private party a thus the delayed availibility. On the second day of our stay there was an issue with water. What came out of water spouts was heavily contaminated, but guests were not told. It seems like a serious health hazard to me. The wellness was available only after 7:00 pm. Not what was promised when I booked that hotel!

Excellent for a comfortable stay. Very comfy beds, great breakfast, elegant interior and a bath tub. Super central position.

We couldn't access the spa due to a staff shortage, which was disappointing, as the wellness amenities were a major factor in choosing this hotel. We stayed only one night, and no compensation has been offered so far.

Good location

Outdated, window was broken, safe didn't work, radiator broken, housekeeping walked in the room at 8:10 when we were still in bed, breakfast not worth a 4 star hotel. Spa very poor. Not a 4 star hotel.

The bed was firm and very comfortable. Good breakfast too.

The bathroom was rather small and the water pressure in the shower was quite weak.

Perfect location in the middle of the old town. Good spot for car park, just in front of the gate. Typical building from the era. Nice terrace for breakfast if weather permits.

The location of the hotel is just so spot on.There are plenty of interesting things that can be seen in the area such as parks, alleys around the river as well as restaurants, bars and etc. In terms of what the hotel itself can offer everything is just perfect.We visited it for the second time this year and we intend to do so the next year.Me and my family highly recommend U Královny Elišky!

We stayed there for Ed Sheeran concert. Close to the center of the city

The room was extremely dirty, dusty, i had a massive allergy attack. The bathroom was dirty.Over the bed was a window turning to the sky, which is very romantic, but during morning hours no option to make it dark.No air conditioning, pay attention. No Value for money.

Hotel located in the centre. Room was very spacious, clean. Nice view from the window. Service at reception very professional despite some difficulties appeared during accommodation.
