Outside sounds I was in room 112 the window it's broken or something I couldn't sleep bc of noise

Unlike most reviews that mention old windows, we were not so bothered by them, as there were other issues, namely:No kitchen or fridge whatsoever (on the premises, not just the room). We'd take a kettle at leastNo place to put your stuff in the bathroom (and I mean no hooks, no shelves, nothing) No bedside tablesEmployees only speaking Czech (although they were very nice and still tried to be as helpful as they could)The shower drain took ages to actually drain the waterIt's definitely not as bad as we anticipated based on the overall score, but for a place that is popular among festival goers, they could make some minor improvements that would help tremendously

The hotel is clean, very good location, ratio price-performance is OK. Free parking

Windows, toilets and they almost cancelled our booking 1h before arrival. We were with another couple, their toilet didn’t funckionára - no water.

I don't think the place deserves the low score (anymore). One needs to see that hotel in perspective. It was meant to host the ice hockey players and it still does. However, considering the age of the hotel, they are trying to renew it step by step. The spacious room looked freshly painted, had nice good-quality furniture, and a new carpet and curtains. I saw in the hotel many new doors that were waiting for their installation. For the window not closing properly, they put a sign up to apologize. I find that thoughtful. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent and the price was so low. You usually would get only a hostel room with a shared bathroom for that money. I stayed two nights and it was completely OK. Oh and last but not least Lenka, the very friendly receptionist!

The bathroom and the toilet were really old and hopefully, they will be the next up for renovation. A mirror was dearly missing (so take one). The house itself isn't a beauty, but well, keep the price in mind. It's not the Hyatt ?
