Good Location, friendly staff

Curtains are not good and need to replace them.

My room looked right at the Dom / Cathedral - was quiet and delightful and wonderful ! Right across the courtyard from the restaurants and bars - Archway for dinner and Localis for breakfast highly recommended !

Sink is uncomfortable to use and water always spills on the sink top Some white particles on the carpet. Maybe it should be vacuumed better

Central location, clean, modern, air conditioned all in historical building walking distance to main square with restaurants. Pleasant breakfast on terrace. As a solo traveler I was happy to take small room with twin bed that was surprisingly comfortable. Loved the view of church and rain gutter “dragons”

I would have liked a choice of plant based milk. Breakfast vegan choices were: bread, rolls, peanut butter, jam, fruit and some veggies.

Cheap looking, it does not meet the expectations of a 4-star accommodation

When I entered into my room, I arrived directly into the bathroom, which is after my opinion not normal (I never faced this solution in any other hotels). I have to cross the bathroom with all of my bags, in my shoe, so could I arrive into my hotel room.There was no window in the bathroom, and no ventillation fan.The window of the hotel room was covered by plastic foil from outside.There was limited possiblity to have electric connection (for my computer and for my batery charger).The TV (especially the remote control) didn't work properly.

The rooms are clean, spacious and well equiped. The staff are great. The breakfast is excellent and the breakfast room has a wonderful terrace.

The location in the city center was great. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and spacious with good towel racks. My room disposed with a good shower stall and also quite big bathtub.

Very friendly receptionists, bigger room (smaller apartment) with comfortable bad. Excellent location just in hard of the city center. Secured parking even though a bit challenging to park in because of limited space (but for sure doable)

Not much, I liked location and a breakfast was good that is all.

The room is small, the photos are deceptive. It has been strange when I entered into the room, I've arrived to the bathroom and I've had to go through to reach the bedroom. The location was great, but the bell tower next to the hotel is ringing 0-24 in every 15 minutes so you can tell the exact time in during the night...

Spotlessly clean, very spacious with amazing views over the main square. Woken every morning to the glorious smell of baking pastries!

No bar or social space but there are lots of bars nearby

Great staff all around - we were in contact with three different receptionists, and all were just awesome. On the checkout day, we were offered an opportunity to have breakfast cooked for us earlier than usual because we were leaving before the breakfast opens. I've never experienced it anywhere else.Location is great - right at the city square where all fine dining is.The rooms are relatively basic (it is a historical building), but they are clean, serviced daily, and fresh water delivered every day, so you feel comfy and cozy.Breakfast included, and it is a nice breakfast - with fresh crepes, pies and pastry in addition to standard items.Very nice stay, will come back again.

Nothing not to like. Maybe a bit better sound insulation could be beneficial, but it is what it is in a historical building.

Comparing the size and facilities in the hotel with the enourmus breakfast it is served surprised me. The location of the hotel is very good since it is in the main square.

Clean, quiet at this time of the year (November), reasonably priced, host friendly, safe (but VERY tight) place to park. Should consider parking on the square in front of the Hotel.Good basic facilities. Comfortable bed, clean fresh towels. Bathroom was basic and clean. Breakfast was nice and tasty, big choice. Accommodation was fine.

Only Czech language TV channels :-( but basically nothing to dislike at all. Cant go wrong for the price.

Not every room (including ours) has that nice view towards square. Also as hotel under bell tower you have to be prepared for repeated bell rings each 15 min…

Great location, close to everything in the centre of the town. Hochey arena is only 4-5 min walk, the famous tower and the cathedral is next to the hotel. Receptionist was helpful conidering all our questions. Breakfast can be included in price, but nothing special. Room is comfortable and clean, air condition is good.

Parking is a bit risky in the closed yard, there are not so much space for the cars, eventhough the receptionist tries to assist You which free place to choose.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located in a city centre and right next to many restaurants and cafes. But above of that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and full of choice. Highly recommend, we will come back for sure.

Oldschool feeling, nicely planned room, proper minibar option, great view and calm streets at night. Splendid breakfast location views on a terrace facing the cathedral.
