The Internet connection in the Hotel is very bad. Online Meetings are impossible. Hopefully you have in the future your Glasfaser Cable. All the best.

Good location to come down in every single way. They did offer some nice events and trips in the area to get in touch with the surroundings and regional culture even tough it was winter season. Pretty nice food in the in-house restaurant Eisvogel, my recommendation.

Nice place, very good breakfast.

WIFI did not work. Noise from other rooms was disturbing in the morning. Too soft bed for me. No AC.

The place is clean. The location is perfect The pool and sauna was perfect for me. The place wasn’t crowded

The bed wasn’t comfortable I ask for bathrobe and when I checkout the asked me to pay 5euro for using the bathrobe even no one told me before that it cost I would prefer to have a boiling water to make instant coffee than the filter coffee. It wasn’t hot enoughThe breakfast could be better

- Room was big, with good view in balcony- Clean, orgnized and there was refrigerator in room- Bed was comfortable- The pool was clean, perfect if you want to staycation and swim. Also, sauna was great

- Bathroom was good but shower room was too small for space if your big- Maybe more options for breakfast like vegetable salads, different types of fruits

Stephanshof Hotel was spectacular. Very professional and friendly. I don't speak German but they found ways to make communication easy. The room was clean and cozy. The view from my room was beautiful. Breakfast was included and it was excellent! Many options to choose from. They also had kayaks (paddle boats) to rent for super cheap. My stay here and kayaking the Spree River was a highlight of my trip to Germany

Really nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Very clean and quiet accommodation on the canal, within walking distance of the town. Breakfast was buffet style and there were many options. The restaurant served dinner which was very good and plentiful portions, prices were similar to other places in Lubben. There was a balcony at the room for sitting outside and a mini-bar so one could enjoy a drink, reasonably priced as well. Parking was free and next to or in front of the property. Kayak rentals were also available right from the property as were boat rides for those who didn't wish to paddle.

Unfortunately, the sauna was not open. The area was very quiet, so not a lot of restaurant options outside the hotel without walking 15-30 minutes.

Breakfast: buffet with sausage, not really vegan friendly but apart from that very good quality of food. Room: VERY clean and nicely decorated, decent tv, very nice shower.Sauna: very nice, but no cold water pool, only a shower.

The boat ride down the canals a Spree was enjoyable. I wish there had been an English translator but it was real convenient that the hotel could book the trip. We tried Google translator but I guess it couldn't keep up. The food was outstanding and the employees were very understanding of our lack of German.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

The variety of breakfast.Free private parking for hotel guests. Great location: 5 mins from the hotel to the city center on foot; a small forest in front of the hotel so that you can take a walk in the forest and smell the wild air; canoeing / paddle boat rental in the hotel.
