Room was super clean and comfy. Check-in and check-out easy. Check-out at 12 is the best! Delicious breakfast including prosecco morning. Yay!

Absolutely loved this hotel. The room was super nice, I loved that the hotel is only from 5th floor so regardless where you are, you have a nice view. The breakfast was great too. And I love that this place is dog friendly.Also location is great - you’re just a short distance all from everything. Catch the tram 3 to Horni Hanychov to go on Ješted hike. Tram stop is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel and will take you straight to bottom of hill.Amazing spot for hikers and nature lovers. Would def come back and stay here again if passing through Liberec.

The hotel is very centrally located, next to the main bus/tram station. It is on the top floor of a business centre, which was a bit unusual at first. The rooms are large and comfortable. Our room also had a large terrace. Internet worked well. Breakfast is rich and is served on a glassed-in terrace. In the afternoon, the hosts serve compliments - coffee, prosecco and small finger food (sweet and non-sweet). The hosts are very nice and helpful and do their best to make your stay comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Location is perfect, right in the center with different shops nearby and easy to walk around. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's an odd and uninviting set up, being on top of an office building and feeling quite squeezed (just one corridor basically). Walls were thin, we could hear a lot from neighboring rooms.

The self check in horrible:No announcement during booking process, no Informationen on reception or via Email how to do.The checkin terminal - if finded after a call - was locked of after few minutes.The payment ist not in english on scren available.Apps have to be installed to get Bluetooth key for the room. But equal, the App does not work, a second call was needed.In summery more than one hour needed to get the key..

The hotel is located in the center of Liberec, on the top floor of an office building, which is no problem. We did not meet any staff, because everything was completely automatic. We spent one night here and were satisfied with everything, parking was also easy in the hotel's garage. The room was nice and clean.

We were satisfied with everything, and it was much cheaper than other similar category accommodations in the area.

Dirty bath, jets should be cleaned regurarly.

The staff were polite, especially the short blonde girl at breakfast. She was always smiling. The hotel offers self check-in, which is very easy to use, and you receive all the instructions via email before your arrival. We had a room with a private terrace, which we really appreciated. The room was a bit small, but as we only needed the bed and bathroom, we were satisfied.

They didn’t restock our minibar.

Well located. Room was super comfy and a splurge. It had 6 pillows for each type of sleeper! Side, back, stomach). Included breakfast was amazing with so many choices and all you can eat.

Not a fan of the automated 'Alfred' pre check-ins but at least this place had a tablet set-up so that you could do it on site.

Located in the city centrum, right next to the public transport terminal with easy access anywhere. Easy self check-in. Modern and clean rooms prepared into the smallest details. HUGE breakfast selection with both healthy and “unhealthy” options. Friendly staff always ready to help.

The self-check-in and the overall condition of the facilities. We've stayed there a few years ago and we're very impressed. The owners need to put more money into maintaining and staffing the property.

Good location

The hotel is fully without reception so I wouldn’t call it a hotel, more like a motel now. Getting into the room is very bad and unintuitive, will never stay at this hotel again because of it. Very difficult to get to use the parking — need to park somewhere else, log into the room and get the permit to park and then go to underground parking.

Very good location in the city center, nice view on the mountains and the city. Our room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The personel was the best - very helpful and very nice. We will comeback if we ever get a chance ☺️

Good central location.

Bring earplugs! The walls were really thin and we could hear the neighbors watching TV all night. In addition there was a deep humming noise, probably ventilation, turning on for 10 minutes or so about once per hour. The check in counter was also not a great feature, caused a lot of confusion about which room we had as it would open the door as we had checked in 5 minutes too early. It was not stated clearly what our room number was, and no one around to ask.

AC didn't cool properly, resulting in very warm and uncomfortable sleepHalf broken and inconvenient self chekin system with disfunctional app to unlock room.

We loved the terrace and the level of privacy provided. We've also quite enjoyed the helpfulness and kindness of staff, those ladies made us feel at home there. The location is amazing, everything we wanted to visit was nearby which we valued greatly thanks to the summer sun.

The only issues we've come across would be the lack of DVD lending service since we didn't bring a laptop and the softness of our bed which made certain activities rather challenging to enjoy properly.
