Pytloun Design Self Check-in Hotel

This hotel offers a lot of services and amenities, which really makes a pleasant stay. Breakfast is very nice and so is the staff. I really appreciate free parking, minibar offer and free coffee and tea during the day.

Easy online check-in. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Location is close to Nisa Mall, which has a big supermarket, restaurants, and stores. And of course, private parking.

Almost perfect. Comfortable beds, great breakfast (eggs, cheese, meats, or sweet, no need to hurry, served from early morning?, 6:30 to 10), nice staff. Everything was clean and cosy

The location may suit some travellers,e.g. for being close to the motorway, but it is the only thing we were not quite happy about. My fault, I did not check the map properly. However, the public transport works well in the city, so no big deal. Also it is close to Vesec meadows, ideal for morning or evening run

no major issues-> hotel had "self check-in" so we had to fill in our information to a web application to be able to check-in (there was no staff in the hotel upon our arrival). The web application requires insertion of credit card details to pay over Internet for local taxes and for any minibar consumption. As such, this is fine. However, the address of the web application (l.previo.cz) did not seem to be mentioned in the reservation and was only sent in an SMS and a booking message, so attacker could send a fake address and misuse the credit card details. We double-checked the address of the web application with telephone number of the property given at the reservation.-> water was leaking under closed door of shower when showering-> hotel is quite far from the city center. It was no problem for us but be are of it.

Nice location good breakfast

AI check in did not work and had to call two different numbers to finally get checked in. Rooms cramped

Perfectly clean, equipped, very comfortable, great internet, great breakfast

The quality of the breakfast was very good, and there was always something to choose from. We also really liked the area. The garden is beautiful and quiet. There's a grocery store nearby in case we need anything.

Unfortunately, the minibar in our room didn’t work properly, but it wasn’t a big issue.

The mattress was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable! The hotel offers great value for the price.

One minor downside was that the self-check-in system wasn't working for card activation, so we had to call support at midnight. However, it's worth mentioning that the support team answered immediately and remotely helped us activate the cards.

Cosy and quiet place, child and pet friendly, self-service bar included. EV charging availability.

A lovely clean hotel, staff were very friendly, breakfast in the morning was lovely. The rooms were very comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers.

Unfortunately the restaurant was not open for evening dinner

The dishes for breakfast were not completely clean. They were greasy and not washed properly

“welcoming tapas” (there wasn’t any), 8 e-mails from the hotel with informations (one would be enough), the room wasn’t cleaned properly

Owner was very friendly and spoke English fluently. Online check-in was straight forward and once we arrived at the hotel around 23:30 we could easily get inside without staff. It took us about two minutes to enter our room.Breakfast was quite good, especially since it was free. Parking was easy and many spots where available, we used the EV charging there and it worked perfectly! Overall a nice stay.

Room could have been a bit bigger and more modern. Other than that, we had no issues.
