Great location. Staff was super nice to let me check in early. Really cool historic vibe of hotel.

But also old / outdated decor in room (old carpets, furniture). Shower pole broke off while I was using it, I was lucky it missed my toes.

Perfect hotel in Liberec. Price/quality ratio is unbeatable, as you are close to everything in the city center, within 5-10 min walk you can reach the main places. For me, it is perfect for my workplace when I need to work from the office from time to time.

They do not make a breakfast bag, if you leave early (asked for it at 15:00 in the afternoon for the next day). There is no cleaning in the rooms during your stay.

The lack of privacy in the bathrooms

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! It offers a great location, excellent breakfast, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Clean room, comfortable bed and amazing view

Art deco era hotel with original details throughout. We stayed in one of the new penthouse rooms with a balcony with beautiful views of the city, including a birds eye view of the spires of the church nextdoor. It was very quiet and comfortable, and featured a decorative and very effective solution to blocking light (see photos). Terrific full breakfast in the 3rd floor dining room with great views of surrounding grand old buildings. You can even choose to eat outside on a little balcony overlooking the town square!

I loved my stay at this hotel. The apartment is clean and well-maintained.The location is excellent, just a minute or two from all city attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. Parking is in a safe, fenced area, which meant a lot to me since I came by motorcycle. Everything I needed was within walking distance.The only downside was the internet speed, but with mobile data as a backup, it wasn’t a problem. I would happily stay here again.

The Art Nouveau style of this hotel is wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Our child loved having her own sunroom without being too far from us. Great breakfast.

The bathroom and shower are a little small. Air conditioner didn't work.

The room was not made up daily, and I had to ask for bathing gel and coffee to be added.

Young fellow at the reception did not allow us to park our vehicle at the hotel, although parking space was available at our arrival. He explained parking space should had been requested and permitted prior to our arrival. Unfortunately no such procedure was advised at the time of booking, on the contrary, booking confirmation contained information on included parking space. This practice is ordinary misleading hotel guests while booking with false information. In addition the receptionist was impolite showing no interest in solving the problem for us. Therefore - low ranking on my side.

A dream location in the center of the city just a step away from the historical "Rathause". The stay offered its own parking, what is a precious commodity in that area. The staff was super helpful.

Very good apartment in the heart of the town in just 1 minute from the beautiful town hall. Private parking is a big plus.

I loved everything about the hotel. The building is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s fantastic that it’s located in the city center, plus there’s even parking available for guests. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and I highly recommend it for business trips.

There was nothing like that

My wife had lost her phone in a taxi cab, when at the reception trying to solve it, a staff member has helped us out translating from English to Czech. Thankfully him a lot, this issue has been sorted.Very regarding attitude from this guy.

City centre location, building architecture.

Old looking room - however there is also renovated part of the building with new rooms I'm sure. Pricing is different of course.

Great breakfast and the room was very nice. Would use again. Wonderful location on old town square. Tram stop a short walk by cutting through shopping centre. Bedroom quiet.
