Nice location, very clean, spacious and comfortable room, kids corner, and very friendly staff.

A beautiful place, great for children, very clean, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, the design of the room, and the hotel all together is marvelous. I loved the bath spa and the under the beds light.

Meal was very good. Missing bacon and sausage. All items I ate were tasty.

Room was too warm for me to sleep comfortably. I could not successfully decrease the room temperature with the thermostat nor by opening the windows.

Though not located in the city center, the hotel was close to Jested mountain (ski area) with a nice playground. The hotel was in incredibly beautiful nature setting.The hotel itself was new, modern and clean. We had a car but I discovered a tram nearby that would take you to the Liberec city center, ZOO and Aqua Park.Nicely staffed with polite and helpful staff. English was perfectly spoken.Like most European hotels the rooms FFfit only two people but our SUITE had a child’s nook. Well, our 16 year old grandson had to curl up to fit and we had to purchase additional room for my daughter with her little one.There was lovely large outdoor space including a children’s playhouse but the most important and wonderful part of our stay way was the children’s room fully equipped with toys, puzzles and books.Potty and child’s stepping stool to reach sinks.Did I mention a great breakfast?

Rooms are pretty OK size but not adequate for family with two children or more; maybe one.

breakfast and room are great. The nice atmosphere smell and decoration are really nice. The shower is very good especially we stay in winter time. WIFI is super as well.

We had a terrific time here, despite only staying for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and though it wasn't very big it was comfortable and fun to stay in. The hotel is located quite far from the city center but there is a tram station right outside that takes you all the way to town - and they sell tram tickets at the reception desk, so it's very convenient. We also had a couple's massage treatment here which was terrific.

Breakfast extremely nice. Room cozy and spacious, bathroom nice and clean. Comfy beds.

Welness min 3 hours for 3000 CZK - overpriced and forced. Should be 1 hour option or should be part of the guest access. Prices are high enough to milk additional funds out of guests. It has become the Czech post 1989 tradition. It's not a matter of money but a principal. Well, there's not much to add to this, really.

Nice, clean, large room, plenty of power sockets, friendly staff, great breakfast.

Spa facilies are limited to one booking at a time, so were unavailable to us, no elevator, no bathrobes in room.

The spot is quiet with a great view, the stuff was great, very good service

We really enjoy the staying in hotel. The rooms are clean, big enough, well equipped. The breakfast really fine with good coffee, wide range of selection. There is special menu for children that could be great option for families. Nearby there is good restaurant where you could taste local food. There is a stop of tramway and suppose you could easily reach centre of city.

I was there for work so had to leave before breakfast was set red but they packed up a to-go kit for me that was waiting for me on my way out. Loved it.

The room Was great and the bathtube Was fantastic. Beds were really comfy.

In the bathroom there is a need for even the smallest shelf or something to store the cosmetics on. There is no lift.

Amazing selection of food for breakfast. Much more than obvious eggs, bacon and sausage. Great selection of spreads, owen-baked bits, just missing words to describe. Also self serving refreshment during all day, selection of great wines from Hruska winery, just perfect.

Very keen staff aleays helpful. Excellent breakfast and superb wellness. We really liked the idea of maxibar :-)

we were in apartment in other building and we do not consider the quality of this apartment comparable with the rest of the hotel and facilities.

Everything was amazing during our stay! The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the room was super comfortable. The play room for our kids was terrific! We plan to return.
