Rooms were good. Restaurant was fantastic. Location on the river.

Staff were very busy which required a brief wait.

Very nice and spacious rooms, relaxing view and cosy walks next to the Seine which is right next to it. I even forgot something in my room and the staff was so kind to mail it back to me!

Nice, secluded location. Easy to find, next to the river, and a restaurant on site. The enticing smell at the restaurant, the fireplace was on upon arrival. AC/Heating is easy to regulate.

The room did not feel like an upgrade, which i was promised during the purchase process. The toilet is located in a very tight space, so it cannot be used with the door closed. We discovered a few roaches in the room. The shower is located in the tub. When you take it, it sprays water all over the floor.

We had a large upgraded room overlooking the Seine. Quiet. Seemed like a local fine dining restaurant but also catered to boaters with its small marina.

The internet is really bad, we didn’t have any WIFI in our room.

Reception was very good, shown to our room. spacious room, clean tidy, partial view over river, and hen coup.beautiful location lovely walk along the river with the dogs who were welcome at the hotel.

the room allbeit spacious lacked storage, TV was very small for the room size, bathroom layout was a bit awkward with the door blocking the middle of the basin. No food service outside whilst we was there.

Great location for exploring Giverny and Vernon!The hotel has a lovely view of the Seine and offers free parking, which was a big plus. There’s also a great restaurant on-site with delicious food and very welcoming staff — we really enjoyed our dinner there.The room was well-equipped and super comfortable — perfect for a one- or two-night stay. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully organized. The bed was very comfortable — both my husband and I slept really well.Highly recommend for a short, relaxing stay in the area!

Price of soft drinks is ridiculous

The location was absolutely stunning. Staff were very friendly. Delicious food. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. The view of the river was so beautiful.

We booked a disabled room and this was perfect Well equipped with a beautiful view over the Seine, A lovely restaurant with a varied menu.

Excellent location, room was large, airy and very nice, Shower / bathroom was large and very modern. Room was in a separate block in a nice quiet part of the complex. Restaurant and bar / breakfast area were modern and nicely fitted out.Food was good and choices at breakfast were excellent. Staff were very efficient. Location at the edge of the river Seine was lovely. Great views !

The wi-fi was pretty poor and disappointing for an upmarket type establishment.

What a fantastic hotel, very clean, very friendly staff an absolute superb meal in the restaurant, I can see why they were full up.

Very low bridge on entrance. But not a problem in a normal car as 1.8mtr high
