    Pros +

    • Perfect location, lovely staff
    • I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The food quality was outstanding, with a great variety, and the buffet breakfast offered a lovely selection to start the day. The hotel's location is ideal for skiing, just a short distance from the slopes. Our room was comfortable, with cozy beds that made for restful nights after long days on the mountain. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay with a perfect blend of comfort, service, and location.
    • Lovely rooms, stylish and comfortable. Small pool and spa but well managed and relaxing.

    Cons -

    • Clean, pretty, happy vibe, perfect location
    • . The only small downside was the spa—the pool was a bit cold, and there were no towels available, but it didn’t detract from our overall experience
    • there was a noise in the room during the night. like a whirring sound that went on and off. i managed to sleep through it, but a light sleeper wouldve been annoyed.

Very comfortable and convenient hotel with great bar, breakfast and general vibe. Best option in Serre Chevalier area we

    9BenjaminPosted on: 1-24-2025

my room was at the rear of the property which considering the close proximity to the night club across the way, turned out to be lucky. shower was great and bed really comfybreakfast was decent. maybe some hard boiled eggs wouldve been nice, but varied and good. wish the pool was a few degrees warmer, but sauna and pool were a nice option. great locationstaff all excellent and friendly. wouldnt hesitate to rebook

Good location,, ski in-out convenient.Breakfast was good although same for 7 days, not varied. Gluten-free bread was available.Rooms were nice and clean

The swimming pool and sauna is quite small. Needed to book and were only allowed 30 mins slots

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Great food in evening and great bar

Some hooks for ski clothes in bedroom

Location and the rooms are very nice , great restaurant

Check out at 11 am and without any sensitivity that we came with baby

Very pleasant staff, free car parking, breakfast good enough, big and hot sauna though pool dark and small. Short walk to eating options in the village, some nice touches like complimentary afternoon cakes.

Room was not four star. Random and slightly shabby decor, plastic floor. Room faced onto busy road, so noisy with window open. Single use shampoo and shower gel. Requirement to book spa also not ideal. Forecourt of hotel very unappealing with large dirty carpet / rug.

Small room, but cozy, excellent breakfast, we got free upgrade and had a small balcony. It was nice.

Very close to the lift.Sauna and pool at hotel. The breakfast was tasty.

    Small room but accepted

The hotel was located just steps away from the Aravet lift. The village was very cute with good restaurants, good variety. The staff at the hotel were great, nice and helpful. The room was snug, but there was adequate storage space.

The outside needs a little cleaning up. The rubber mats on the steps were torn. The entry to the ski room looked like you were walking into a housekeeping supply area with brooms and shovels and junk.

    10NataliePosted on: 3-19-2024

Friendly staff, they couldn’t do enough for us. Tidy apartment

Nothing to dislike s such. Beds perhaps were a little hard but it’s a minor thing

    10ChantalPosted on: 3-15-2024

Lovely ambience, friendly staff and great location

Spa should have a steam room. Non alcoholic hot drinks should be complementary with post ski cake.

    9BethanPosted on: 3-14-2024

The location is right across the road from the bubble lift, the breakfast was great (especially the pain aux chocolate) and the staff were so helpful. We loved the pool and sauna at the end of a day’s skiing. You have to book but we never had trouble getting a slot, and we liked having it all to ourselves. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar before eating out locally. It was perfect for our short skiing break in Serre Che.

Our only negative was that the rooms are extremely hot, but this always seems to be the case at ski hotels.

    7ChristopherPosted on: 3-9-2024

Location right by the chair lifts, the staff were all very nice, the breakfast was good (except for the hot breakfast which didn't look very fresh)

The room was smelly, the spa was not relaxing at all with kids shouting and jumping in the pool with no control from the staff. The pool was quite cold and not what you would expect from an inside pool in the mountains.

Nice bar area / rooms good / food good

Beds had a cotton/plastic sheet covering - only worked on last night why so hot/sweaty ..

    9GutuPosted on: 2-6-2024

The hotel is very nice, it is situated extremely close to the ski lift and it really feels like a hidden gem when you spend some days in the resort. The food is absolutely divine, we enjoyed a lot the breakfast and the restaurant at night. The truffle fondue is worth every penny - we recommend it! If you are lucky enough you can find a good parking spot right in front of the hotel. What we also loved is that there is a bonfire every night and coconut cake, juices between 4pm and 5pm (free of charge for hotel guests).

The spa is very little, however, because of the reservation system of the hotel, not more than 2 couples are there per hour, after 7pm you can expect to be there by yourself. The rooms could be a bit bigger, especially we did not have enough room for our clothes. As well, though the hotel staff was okay, our advice if you want to bring the atmosphere of the hotel to a better level is to teach the staff to be more courteous and more understanding, going the extra mile for the guests who spend a quite big fee per night.

Bed very comfortable afer long walks in the mountains. Very clean and cosy hotel, design very cute mountain chic. Our recomendations!

It was a little bit crowded in the swiming pool, which is not very big so when there is more than 4 persons... even though we have reserved our pool time for 30min,we had 6 more persons with us in the same time. Not cool...
