Rather spartan, but considering the location, it’s a great value. WiFi is unreliable.

Room tiny and very tired.

Overall, I had a good stay there. Location is very good not far from a bus stop enabling you to travel effectively. The hotel faces the beach so for people on vacation, it might also be a good choice.

I was shocked by the unprofessional and discourteous behavior exhibited by the front desk personnel. The woman consistently demonstrated a complete disregard for basic customer service principles. Her dismissive and rude attitude left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a guest.Furthermore, the lack of available parking spaces was a major inconvenience. As a paying guest, I expected to have a secure and convenient parking facility on-site. However, upon my arrival, I was informed that there were no parking spaces available, forcing me to search for alternative parking arrangements in the area. This inconvenience greatly disrupted my plans and added unnecessary stress to my stay.Additionally, I found the quality of the breakfast provided at your hotel to be highly unsatisfactory. The food options were limited.

Initial room offered was not fit for human habitation. No door to bathroom, no curtains only a roller shutter, room only about 8m2. Bathroom full of mould in shower area, no lights working properly.Second room was three times the size and generally ok. Initial receptionist was very good indeed, the other staff spoke almost no English, though I have to be fair I think they were embarrassed with what they were doing

- no elevator so difficult for people having walking problems- next building is an oil station

bathroom was odd and the curtain makes it absolutely impossible to take a shower without flooding the entire floor. nowhere to put towels and personal stuff too. the bathroom needs a real update. Also, the closet would be much nicer if it was closed by a curtain or a door. The corridors were a bit cold like hospital, a carpet on the floor or some furniture like a console + flower and some pictures on the wall would make it immediately nicer and warmer ;)

Very friendly receptionist who really seemed pleased to see us. The "room with sea view" for once really did have a sea view - facing due West with spectacular sunset. Private parking behind hotel. A few paces from beach and surrounded by dozens of good restaurants. Pleasant breakfast space, and good buffet for a "two star".

Only one small point. The irregular steps in the murky stairwell to the first floor could do with better lighting.

I came back for the second time. Guess this explains everything. I knew what to find and was as great as the first time.
