After the original accomodation cancelled the reservation in the last minute because of overbooking and communicated it on a liar way, R S di R could give solution. Location, staff excellent.

There is no space to operate in the kitchen. There is no chair inside, only on the balcony, where the outdoor unit of the aircondition is located. So either being in the balcony or climetise under the roof.

there are prohibitions everywhere, it is not allowed!!!! this is not allowed!!!! don't even think about it!!!! like in summer camps up to the age of 10. The pool buffet is open 2 hours a day at lunchtime when no one is there. The beach is dirty and small, no one cares about the quality. When leaving, the lady counts glasses, glasses and plates - "massacre". There is no pub or shop within 20 km. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location near the beach, parking place, nice greenery, close to 2 great fresh natural water swimming places (Bucatoghju and Celulline)

Reception working hours. If you come at 2pm you will need to wait to 4pm to get into your room. Hidden costs regarding towels and sheets, loss of electricity few times, pool was closed 1 day due to bad water quality. This apartment resort can be much better with a little extra effort.

sea is at ur doorstep. spacious. greenery is awesome. pool is great too. close to restaurants and shops. aqua fitness starts @11 every day. good fun.

wifi coverage could be better. it building F signal never happened. works fine around reception.if an apartment for 6 is rented maybe a little extra toilet roll could be provided in the beginning. u get there in the middle of the night, the first thing in the morning might not be going for shopping... specially if u need to sort out bedsheets towels registration and so on. also if u get there during the night, no matter how tired u r try to watch the details in the instructions. reception closes at 8am and until 10pm no one is there to sort u out. a little confusing and gotta admit after a long day it is hard to pay attention to every little info.in a way it is nice that others r lost with u and feels like a little competition of who find what first :D

Quiet place. No bars, cafe , shop or anything in the complex. In the mornings local bakery brings some fresh bread to the entrance about 7-8:00am. There are a few cafe and a supermarket in SanNicolao .Self check in.We arrived at 23:00, envelope with our name with the key was stiched to the reception door.

NO WIFI AT ALL ANYWHERE , NO BEDLINEN and NO TOWELS provided at all (we stayed 2 nights). Thanks to previous review of this place, we bought bedlinen in Piza before onboarding on a ferry. We also used our own towels meant to be for a beach. There is nowhere you can buy it near buy.the beach is small sand with pebble. Entry to the sea with stouns, a lot of sea weed around. Most of the people used the beach in SanNicolao (12 minutes walk along highway T10). There is no loundry facility in the complex or near by. We only saw reception people when we tried to check out... They do not respond to massages sent through booking

Playground CLOSED even though there is no information about this on the site. Very crowded pool-area and the chairs by the beach apparently cost 15€ /day. You can't walk on the grass anywhere, and the bed was horrible. Squeeky and very hard.

Beautiful complex on the private beach, private pool and big private parking. Nearby there is a big supermarket. Nice nature and accessibility to other nearby beaches like Baheera, Plage de Calzarellu and cities like Bastia and Corte. Peaceful, safe and quiet.

Wifi is low quality and available only at the reception and the pool. Communication from the host side was miserable since we could not reach the hosts over booking, email, telephone, social media more than 1 day in advance to inform them about late arrival caused by canceled and delayed ferry. Because of this lack of communication and google map that lead us to next complex we could not check in that night even though they left the key waiting for us and we had to sleep in the car. They were eager to fix this by allowing us a late check-out at our request. The appliances and furniture in the apartment are a bit older and not so comphy. We didn't get the room we booked. We got smaller and uglier apartment than one from thr images.

The location is good, not far from Bastia, close to Casino shopping centre and restaurants, next to the beach (which is not very big. But the Moriani beach is not far away). There is a big parking - places always available. The terrace in the apartment is big, with partial view of the sea and some smaller houses and villas. The territory is well maintained. Many families with kids - at times was pretty noisy pretty early in the morning.

One of the reasons we chose this location was the configuration of bedrooms and were disappointed. On our arrival we got a different room: two bedrooms with double beds instead of one twin room, one double. As a result, one of the kids had to use the extra bed in the sitting room/kitchen. The lady at the reception was not helpful and only said - the room we booked was not available.Wifi is theoretically available in the public places (meaning reception and the pool), but you need to register and confirm registration (never received the confirmation email and had to use 4G for internet for the whole stay. There were people sitting in the parking lot next to the reception watching Youtube, so I am guessing some people manage to connect. But where is fun in sitting in the parking lot for the wifi?).No table in the sitting room/kitchen - if you want to cook anything, you can only use part of the sink for that. The pool is very small for the number of apartments and number of people.

Nice apartment, pool and just next to the sea. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils, clothes dryer etc.Possibility for washing clothes in common area

Very crowded and long walk to pool. Only stayed one night but had to make own beds. Didn't have any pillowcases so had to ring out of hours caretaker and wait for them to arrive.

They are taking 300€ deposit, returned it after 5 days!!! Thats mile too long. We were in 4 hotels during our trip. If every hotel take 300 deposit for such a long time my credit card could be blocked. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The staff were helpful. Property was clean, swimming pool is clean and nice. A lot of parking slots. Nice gardens at property.

Washer machines at property were broken. Bed and sofa not comfortable.T.V small and no much canals.No internetNo restaurant or cafeteria at property (very small bar that offer few things at swimming pool and works only for few hours)

The apartments are basic but nice and clean. Be aware that there are a lot of hidden costs in the small print. You have to pay tax per adult per day. There’s also a 300 euro deposit to be paid, towels and sheets are also an extra cost. The photos used are out of date. The pool no longer has tiles but a laminate surface, this is fine but they hosed it down every morning so it was soaking wet and slippery. Also water pooled at the sides behind the sunbeds which in turn caused mosquitoes to hang around and bite you at the pool. The beach is not what it looks like in the pictures! It’s lovely to have a sea view from your apartment in the morning. However the beach was so poor we didn’t even bother using it. They don’t clean it. The park shouldn’t be advertised at all. We had young children and the park was a draw for us. The park is now shingle floor, the climbing frame is broken and out of use. The table tennis table is broken in half, the roundabout has gone. So effectively there’s swings and a rocking horse. The park is surrounded by pretty flowers that attract hornets! There’s also lots of mosquitoes so not the best environment for young children. I went once and got bitten 7 times in 15min. So yes the apartment is cheap and I still think good value considering local prices, however there’s not a park, the beach isn’t nice and the pool is not great. I wouldn’t come again. Luckily we had a hire car so we just drove to nice beaches most days but if we hadn’t I would have been really disappointed with the holiday.

The photos are not valid- very out of date. The park isn’t usable.. shouldn’t be advertised. The pool has changed surface and with that comes slippery surfaces (I’m pregnant and had to be really careful not to fall) and pools of mosquito attracting water where they constantly hose the pool. The man who cleans the pool constantly smoking at the side of the pool but you can’t take your lolly or coffee to the sun lounger? The beach is not clean and doesn’t look anything like the pictures - very disappointing! Loads of hidden costs. You have to pay for sheets and towels. There’s a 300 euro deposit and you have to pay holiday tax per day per adult?! Not sure what that’s all about. So with that all slapped on top it’s not as cheap as it looks.

Location is ok, you have everything what is needed such as bakery, market, restaurants. Beach is nice with free beds, swimming pool is ok as well. Pretty garden.

DEPOSIT!The facility is quite old. It is clean but a lot of things should be repaired or even renovated, especially bathrooms. It won't be such big problem, but looking at this fact through the prism of the 300 EUR deposit charged at check in makes you wonder about the purpose of the deposit. Money are blocked at check in, just in case, when you detroy something that is already not working. Another thing is that deposit can't be payed by cash, only by credit card. Deposit is not unblocking during check out, but after cleaning the apartment so in fact you are leaving and do not know if you will get your money back or someone will decide that some part of the deposit needs to be paid for something. And the last thing - theoretically my deposit was unblocked 2 days after check out (18.09) but till today (29.09) it is still blocked in my bank. I have contacted bank twice, got information that they did not get any info from the hotel about unblocking the money. In the menatime hotel informed me that the amount has been unblocked weeks ago.... Anyway, first of all it is not fair to block money at check in and unblock whenever hotel wants (I know that it is not easy to manage it at check out but if they block it immediately at check in, should give at least confirmation about unblocking during check out and manage it somehow). And second thing is that requiering deposit in old facility when not everything is working is quite weird. To sum up - probably my money will be unblcoked automatically after 30 days since blocking....... That's why I am giving only one star.

Just at the beach. You can just walk out of the room straight at the beach. Nice balcony with table and chairs where we had our meals. Private parking with a place for our car.

There was no wi-fi, not in the apartment nor at the reception, nowhere. But who needs an internet if there is a beautiful beach where you can spams day swimming or just listening to the sea.

Well maintained resort. Very nice exterior with garden in the middle. Pleasant pool and beach 2 minutes away from room. Almost no mosquitoes.

Beach by the resort is ok and near, but way below beauty standards of Corsica.

Very well kept garden, nice pool, nice beach. All is very clean and perfect.The architecture is the typical building of Corse, with flower and green everywhere.Very cheap for the place.I'll be back one day
