    Pros +

    • Great location to break journey to and from UK to Alps, staff were friendly and helpful
    • Perfect location to stop over on our way to the Alps.
    • The SPA (from Cinq Mondes). The SPA staff was welcoming, competent and professional.

    Cons -

    • The hotel is in the middle of a tech park , you wouldn't want to go for a walk, their is no bars or restaurants in walking distance , and the hotel restaurant is not open on Sunday only food option is a takeaway pizza from the bar, whilst not a bad pizza, for the price of the hotel other food options should be available, so won't use again ...
    • We were looking forward to the buffet as we stay at this hotel every year but they stopped doing it on Saturdays which was disappointing.
    • We had not a single “welcome” from the staff from arrival to departure (2 nights). We rented a large room for the whole family. The floor and the carpet were dirty. They said they can do nothing about it. They seemed to say you have to live with it.The breakfast quality was rather low. The walnuts were inedible. You have to prepare your omelette yourself and share the frying pan with the other guests. The French have to visit ASIA or the Middle East to (re)learn hospitality.

Restaurant had a good buffet at fair price.

The room could have been more clean.

Staff was very nice and helpfull, after some insistance

I was there mainly to transit and they offer EV charging, however all 4 of the chargers were broken.

    Great service, parking lots, breakfast

Smell in the dining room entry, room clean service not consistent

    7KoenraadPosted on: 11-18-2025

    Good buffet and breakfast

Rooms on 6th floor experience too much noise from cool installations from buildings in front of hotel.

comfortable room. good breakfast but needs to be more consistent (our first breakfast had many options that were not available in the following day)

staff (both at reception and breakfast) needs more training to understand how to handle hotel guest's requests, including greetings (in our case particularly upon departure).no robe in the room (which is important for a hotel with an indoor swimming pool) and very basic toilet amenities

Clean and comfortable room, good location next to main road.

Charges for our dogs seemed high at €15/dog. Took the price from good value to a bit steep.

The swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the gym and the room it self were absolutely fantastic!

    9KevinPosted on: 10-13-2025

It has an indoor swimming pool which is rare in the Lyon area.. Good restaurant and food . Very accommodating staff. 20 minutes drive from airport.

Not a lot to do in the area. I would think it caters more to a business crowd

It was a one-night business visit to the Pollutec exhibition. We chose this nearby hotel . We informed the hotel of our arrival time of 12-1:00 PM. Unfortunately, they kept us until 3:00 PM, and they know the exhibition hours very well. We couldn't visit the exhibition from 2 to 6 PM. Following the rules is good, but time management is more important.

Comfy spacious rooms, nice staff, hotel gym open 24 hours a day

Gym machines are outdated, some didn't even work

    7JonathanPosted on: 8-17-2025

Wonderful modern hotel. The swimming pool and spa made it perfect.

Fridge in the room was broken, security safe was missing, staff said they did not have any spare to provide. Only 2 toilet rolls for the 4 of us. Reception said they had a shortage.

    5DiyePosted on: 8-17-2025

    The staff was nice

The room was not well cleaned, bathroom is old. Need a refreshment. We specifically chose this hotel because of the “supposed electric charging available” but none of the charging boxes was actually working.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and most of all very flexible and patient with our children. It's a hotel mostly oriented to business travelers given its location very close to the Eurexpo, the airport, and an industrial area... However, we had plenty of leisure time with our 3 young children: the pingpong table, the two table footballs, the pool with Jacuzzi... Also thanks to Remy for the lots of very helpful advice on Lyon! The restaurant was also great. We had a buffet option for little more than 30 euros for one adult, with a lot of delicious dishes and special threats. We had dinner here almost every day. Beds were also extremely comfy, which is quite rare for a hotel.

Location for a rugby game was perfect. The bed was really comfortable and large and room bigger than most in Europe. Really liked the property

The pool is quite a rabbit warren to try to find and makes it almost unattractive to want to go there which is a shame
