The location is nice. Big parking lot with with gate! The lounge when you walk in had foosball, pool snacks, drinks. Whatever you wanted. I sat with my iPad and was able to order a beer from one of the couches. My kids played on the FREE foosball table. I could see my car from room because of location. Everything was very clean.

The tv didn’t work :/ however I didn’t ask the front desk for assistance because we were going to bed soon. I think the chrome cast needed to be reset or something. The bed was good initially but after driving a long time my back pain kept me up. None of this would stop me from staying here again, great hotel!

Great location for one night stop when traveling through France. staff always very friendly, big parking lot with e-car charger. For the last 3 years I have been staying here while I am travelling to Spain, I will keep doing it.

I am traveling with the family (wife + kid), and always get the handicap room. This time the A/C was not cooling enough, and bathroom was not super clean as other time. I would like to get a different room next time.

Great hotel for a quick stop within close driving range of Lyon airport. The price was great for what we got. The bedding could have been a little more comfortable, and it was mostly clean but not super clean. But it served our purpose well. Great craft beer in the lobby.

For a business traveller who needs to catch up with admin and orders for most of the evening, that would be nice. The trendy "table" they provide is OK-ish but not great.

The room was very dusty on the walls and all around. Shower head did not work in a bathroom, room was not modern as advertised.

In general it is a nice hotel, however it is their lack of attention to detail that let's them down. The coffee machine is in a ridiculous place, so high up you just can't reach it, the shower gel in the shower was empty, we had to ask for extra towels as only one in the room for the two if us. One of the bedside light's didn't work and the wireless charging pad was blanked off. They don't do the evening meals or cheese boards and there is very little within walking distance should you need to eat. However it's okay if you don't mind McDonald's. This is particularly disappointing as we had a meat board on a previous visit and although it wasn't the best value for money it was ideal as we use the hotel as a stop over on our way to Spain.

Beautifully decorated, good use of space and very welcoming staff. The robot concierge was a winner with my kids! Love the little work station, table the goes over the bed and the lighting is well done. Nice to have a choice of pillows and cushions. The cake on the breakfast buffet (I know - cake is not the healthiest morning option, but…) was absolutely delicious! Nice selection of nuts and dried fruit.

The bed looked comfortable but I found the mattress too soft. The bathroom area is nice and I would have liked somewhere to put my toothbrush and possibly another towel hook or shelf by the sink. The coffee machine was difficult to reach but its presence still much appreciated. Toilet roll holder needed fixing into the wall correctly. There was a drinks stain on one of the surfaces when we arrived - not important but it makes you wonder what else may have been forgotten…The cooked breakfast options were not to our taste - the bacon looked grey and the sausages were different from what I’ve ever had before.

Everything! This is an absolutely fantastic hotel, our favourite out of all our French travels! The parking is large and secure, the staff are lovely. The family rooms are huge, modern and many luxury features, beds big & comfortable, lovely showers. This stay we got an interconnected pair of rooms which was even better - two tvs and showers! Many clever technology features and we were able to cast from phone to tvs easily. Short drive (3 mins) to big supermarket & great Leon restaurant. And of course the highlight for the kids (and us?!)…the robot showed us to our room!! Overall it is a modern, luxury hotel - clean and quiet, really great value.

That I wasn’t staying longer

Well-maintained hotel with all necessary amenities. Clean room.

Public transportation to the center is limited and takes a long time. But a taxi takes only 15 minutes.

New hotel, close to the airport. Perfect location if you want to travel to other places and don't lose time in traffic. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom and excellent soundproof windows. We were with an electrical car and the charging station was a perfect addition to our stay there.

A bit small room and not enough wardrobe space. You may leave names of the coffee capsules for people that don't drink decaf.

Lovely room and bed.

Not easy to find. No signposting. Very expensive. Very disappointing that the restaurant was essentially closed in the evening apart from pizzas from a van parked outside. Shocked at the way Campanile Hotels have declined. No buffets, no local produce. I will never stay in one again and have already cancelled a booking elsewhere for tonight because of this experience.

There was no iron or board. Its a 3 star hotel chain and should have this facility at hand or inform the guests before arrival or in facilities to come prepared
