Cons -

The rooms are dated and smells, the staff went out of their way to help out with fixing the AC filter.
Fitness center was disappointing. Dining options were mediocre. Though breakfast buffet was nice, and there was one very nice restaurant on the property.
The room smelled like mildew, halls were very worn and dim (especially when compared to connected hall at Margaritaville), food/drink prices were extremely high ($6 for a cup of hot tea!).
