Close to main railway station

Insufficient staff at reception to deal with the volume of people checking into the hotel, likewise insufficient staff in the restaurant leading to extremely slow service.

Room has everything you need and the location is perfect in the centre of the town . Breakfast plentiful and delicious.

Sadly the jacuzzi was out of order.

Hot water is on the right hand side in the tap! The glass in the restaurant was dirty.

Hotel right in the centre of town. Shopping mall directly across the street and a lovely restaurant/bar, the Sphinx and a Zabka that is open until 11pm. The train station is 10 mins walk, although a lot of work being done on the street beside it so probably not suitable for someone with mobility issues to walk. The park, St Mary’s cathedral and McDonalds all within a short walking distance. Liked the idea I could open the window as room got too hot and I don’t like air conditioning.

Room and bathroom are very dated. Only 1 flimsy pillow and no extras in wardrobe either. Bed kept moving away from wall. It’s as though the mattress is only a mattress topper as so tiny. Small bedside table in between 2 beds was not big enough. Mirror should be beside window for applying make-up and not at door where lighting is awful. Bathroom on the worktop at the sink had a pubic hair! Only 2 towels for 2 people for 2 nights. Nobody cleaned room while we were there . Got up for shower at 7.10am today and no water! The day before the water was not warm either! Not impressed with the menu in the restaurant so ate out. In the bar area I could smell sewage.

This is not my first visit to this Hotel.This was good but last time was exception.> friendly staff> clean rooms> Tea \ coffee and water that even premium hotels do not give :-)> good parking> awesome location (50 meters from the nearest shopping mall and around 500-700 meters walk from the Cathedral)

It was really nice to stay in the city but still near everything. No disturbing noise from the outside.Our room had air conditioning witch was perfekt during the hearwawe

Because of the heatwawe it would have been perfekt if the spa was open. Having to pay for 5 days parking when we only stayed for 4 nights was weird. We arrived at 22.00 wednesday and left sunday morning at 8.00

Excellent staff - we returned very late on the Saturday night and were able to have dinner. No complaints about our lateness from the staff and excellent food

This place is just great! The rooms are clean, the spa area and fitness room are just perfect and the staff made everything just perfect. I am definitely staying here again and again . The breakfast was amazing and the restaurant was very good too and great that it is open until 23.00

The parking is a bit on the expensive side..but outside there's also parking spaces

Breakfast was pretty good!

1) We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights via Booking.com. Upon our arrival reception told us that ‘unfortunately we only have 1 room’. After showing emails and proof of payment clearly for 2 rooms and 5 mins of searching the second room ‘was found’.2) The AC in my colleague’s room didn’t work. It was about 28-29 degrees in her room, very uncomfortable. When sye informed reception, she was told ‘it’s not summer season yet so if the AC is not working, that is normal’. After I complained a little stronger they actually bothered to send someone to check. Hours later she was given another room where the AC was working. This is the last thing any guest wants to waste hours with especially upon a short stay.3) Dinner was tasteless and expensive considering the the quality of the food. There is a nice restaurant at a 3-minute walking distance from the hotel - well worth the walk!

Very comfortable hotel near the city center. Train station within 5min walking distance. Room overlooking a park. Very effective room heating, comfortable bed. The little wellness center is good for an evening relax. Absolutely delicious breakfast with unbelievable amount of choices. Everything satisfied my needs.

Perfect hotel, great location (just 5 minutes walk from the main railway station).Good rooms with enough space for luggage, comfy beds.Nice restaurant, great breakfast.Car parking is available for 50 PLN (ca. 12,50 EUR).We had a very pleasant stay, highly recommended!

Everything was clean, reception staff super nice and helpful. Breakfast included in price!

There was a subtle smell from the pipes in our room, everything is kind of old, parking quite awkward.

The Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, we had a problem with our air conditioner and it didn't took 5 minutes to get help, we even got a room upgrade, since water was dropping from the conditioner. The rooms were clean and the Jacuzzi very relaxing. The prices are moderate and the food is very delicious, definitely recommend it.

There is nothing to really think about, the only little thing that wasn't so good was, that everytime I had to use the hotel toilets (not the ones in the room) there was no soap or paper, but despite that it was a very comfortable stay.
