Nothing, great value

Free parking at the rear of the building. It’s a 10 minutes walk to the centre.

The stuff at the property was neither professional nor welcoming. The valve on shower mixer was broken giving us either boiling hot or cold water. Some of the floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and the heating in the bathroom was out of order.

Close to the city everything walking distance. Good bed! Perfect sleep. Rich and perfect breakfast.

Soap was missing not enough towels but we got them after asking.

Disappointing

The blankets are very small, there are no extra ones. The bathroom only has toilet paper and hand soap. no hair dryer, no shampoo, no shower gel. The only vegan food was cucumber and tomato, tea, coffee.

Spotless room, comfortable bed, renovated modern bathroom, delicious breakfast, good location. I recommend this hotel.

Unpleasant

Very old and not properly maintained, noisy room you cant sleep because of traffic noise. If you wanna have a peaceful night choice a different place

Big room, modern bathroom, good water pressure, very comfortable bed. Great location with parking available to the guests. Good breakfast.

We could ask for labels to indicate what’s vegetarian and some more vegetarian options for breakfast. Please sweep under the bed. Would be lovely to have shampoo and conditioner available in the bathroom.

It was very cold, there was no towels, hair dryers etc. Beakfast was very simple, allways the same.

I liked the style and the furniture. Also it was nice that you could park behind the hotel.

There was no soap in the bathroom, when we arrived, so I asked at the reception for help. They gave me a dispenser and I had to change it myself. It was difficult, because I didn't know their machine. It should not be the guest's duty to do something like that. Definitely not at a 3-star hotel and I have stayed at a lot of hotels in Poland before.The breakfast was almost empty, even though we came almost one hour before closing. We were disappointed - this hotel should definitely not have 3 stars by European standards.

It was very awkward during the breakfast, having no background music playing. It would be more comfortable for the guest to have background music on to remove awkward silence.
