- İt was nice to stay, bed was comfy, room was big, breakfast was basic. Swimming pool was ok but gym was amazing. I just didn't like the smell of changing room area. The smell from sauna was too intensive.
- Clean. Comfortable. Pleasant staff.
Cons -
- Very old outdated property . Old bathrooms, shower and taps in the bathroom , barerly running . You would Except something better for 4 start hotel . I would give it maximum 1 Star . Saunas and Spa felt like going back to 80’s.
- First of all the room is very outdated and very uncomfortable. The bed frame have mattress to low and too hard. Mattress was much lower than the bed frame which made you impossible to sit on the edge of bed without bed frame painfully digging into your legs. When booked the hotel we precisely asked for the quiet room instead we got room above carport and was awaken few times during the night by the people talking outside and started their cars. There is no carpets on the corridors which makes it very noisy and echoing when people are talking, walking and moving their suitcases. This was waking us up throughout the night. Wi-Fi and TV situation needs upgrading. We were situated on the second floor and there was no Wi-Fi at all. When reported to the receptionist we have been told that the Wi-Fi is available in the whole building which was untrue.Tv has only Polish channels and it was impossible to watch anything in English.Need smart TVs so people can connect to their own Netflix accounts. Breakfast was quite boring and the same stuff was served everyday. The swimming pool situation was a joke. There is nothing about opening ours for guests. Every time We were trying to use it there was local people from Gorzow using it including swimming lessons.
- This is not a 4* standard -- maybe two, three stars maximum. The interior of the hotel is dated, furniture in the room have damages (like stains on the desks). Swimming pool has definitely seen better days -- there is rust everywhere. I had a room with vaulted ceiling across most of the space so there was not much room to move around comfortably.

I might say that the only thing we liked about the hotel was it location.

Good breakfast, nice location -- 10 minutes walk from the amphitheater where I attended a concert. Very nice and large gym that very well-equipped. Helpful and friendly staff.

- Nice and large room- Friendly staff- Amazing large swimming pool - Good (not too far walk to centre) and quiet location- Free parking - Good breakfast
Very bad wifi"Old school" equipment
The hotel is in a good location. The pool and gym are nice. On site parking was convenient.
The rooms can use a updating. We had 2 rooms but only one had A/C.
A really lovely hotel and our room was very comfortable with two balconies. Superb, Polish retaurant at the hotel which was great for dinner and for breakfast. The hotel is just off the centre of town (5-10 minute walk) and is right by the small Kłodawka River. Wish we could have stayed longer!
The rooms are large and comfortable, we loved the oplympic sized pool! The hotel has a great location, on a quiet leafy road, just a short walk into town. All in all we were very satisfied with our time at Gracia!
The decor is somewhat old school - though this also had its charm.
Said That i wil stay 2 nights instant 3 at my arrival. They request me to pay 3 night at my check out !! Topic not solved yet with you booking.com
Great, quiet location close to the city centre. The hotel is surrounded by many lovely trees and shrubs. It's nice to sit outside when it's warm. The swimming pool and the large free car park are big pluses. The rooms are a nice size. The breakfast choice is excellent!
Nice and very big room and comfortable and cozy. The surroundings are pleasant with plenty of opportunities for recreation. There is a fitness center, a swimming pool and nearby playgrounds for children.
There is no bar or it is only within the restaurant where you could drink beer or coffee. This might be a bit lacking because the bar, which is part of a restaurant, is very lonely, hidden and doesn't have the right energy.
I really like the location of hotel. Room was big, bright and clean.
Strange light switch. Never know which I need to press ?. But more funny than "I didn't like"
Location was great very close to the centre. The new refurbished bathroom was very nice and modern.Breakfast had various dishes and drinks to choose from and they were very tasty. The evening meal at the hotel restaurant was absolutely amazing.the food served was delicious and very well presented .
The hotel it self is very nice looking but unfortunately it’s also very noisy. The room we stayed hasn’t had carpets on the corridor which made it very echoing and when people were walking and talking you can say that they are next to you. In my opinion the hotel staff should inform guests to be reasonable quiet when passing next to others rooms. The parking area also very disturbing and noisy. The furniture was very tired and beds was really uncomfortable.
The room and food.
TV'S did not have any reception. No hand soap or hair or body toiletries.
Very good hotel in quite area of the city, friendly staff. LARGE room, with small balcony overlooking a park and stream. Air conditioning was included and a must at 25+ outside. Bed very comfortable. Not too far (15 minutes) walk to centre. Onsite safe parking for all residents. Amazing swimming pool on site (inside the hotel)
Restaurant wa not expensive but food quality was not very good, even for Poland. However, there was only 3 people in the restaurant, so a quiet night
It was ok. Would I return. No..
Chose this hotel as it boasted it had spa facilities. When I went to use them, nothing was available.. rooms are a bit dated , had to request clean towels. When asking reception about arranging a taxi, they were very reluctant to order one for us. Explained we did not speak Polish, got the feeling we were not welcome
The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very nice and professional. The apartment was very clean. In fact, at one point I spilled a little bit of shower water on the ground and cleaned it up with a white towel and the towel did not have any visible dirt on it. The room was also quite big (basically a bedroom and a guest room). Staff was very thoughtful, gave me instructions on how to find my room and cracked a few lighthearted jokes. The apartment was already ready an hour before the scheduled time.
The apartment felt... cheap. A very dated look straight from the 2000s (wavy / curvy ornaments on desks, retrofuturistic lamps, small eastern-european-style carpets). The door to the shower didn't close fully, I needed to exert way more force than expected to even get them to seal. It was very difficult to do from the inside of the shower cabin. The shower head could only be mounted with at a static vertical angle, so a pretty strong stream of water was aimed straight at my face at all times. Luckily, it was possible to change the horizontal angle so the shower head would just aim next to where I was standing. That, however, doesn't feel like a nice, warm shower.Even though the apartment was big, it didn't really utilize that space well. There was a lot of empty space and two, separate, tiny balconies. The room would benefit greatly from losing the armchairs and the coffee table and inserting a medium-sized dining table in the middle with a couple chairs instead.Watch out! I would really avoid connecting to their Wi-Fi hotspot. They have a single password for all guests. That password is publicly displayed in big, bold letters on a sheet of A4 paper attached to a stand on top of the reception desk counter.A low-skilled red-teamer with "aircrack" software ("airmon") would be able to easily sniff the network of every single guest in the hotel without them even knowing. That network is most likely vulnerable to "fake portal" and "man-in-the-middle" attacks. Obviously nowadays website traffic is mostly encrypted, but there's still possibility of data leaks and computer-to-computer intrusion, especially knowing that most users are not very tech savyy.I don't blame the staff for this, it's clearly the higher up's not doing their due dilligence of giving the staff appropriate training in avoiding network security mistakes. It's a very risky strategy.
location breakfast was vg.
staff were unfriendly . we arrived late and the foyer was in darkness. there was poor lighting at breakfast there were human hairs on the pillows in two of the 5 rooms booked .the door handle of the bathroom in one of the rooms was broken on our arrival. there was no water available u less requested. the foyer had a games table but the children were not allowed to play on it. we had hoped for rooms beside one another or at least in same floor but this could not be accommodated. the swimming pool was excellent.
The room was nice. The bed was comfortable.
The TV did not work in my room. There was no coffee in my room.I went down for breakfast at 7:45am and there was no scrambled eggs left. I waited until 8:10am to if the tray would be restocked with scrambled egg. It wasn't.The ''free'' WIFI did not work in the room, nor in any area of the hotel. The opening hours for the gym displayed at reception, in the bedroom and in the hotel state it opens at 07:00. Yet, both the receptionist and a member of staff from the gym informed it opens at 10:00.
