The water park.

Room was a little small.

Access to swimming park, very friendly staff at check-in and out. Nice orange juicing machine at breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Rooms were a bit small.More information could be provided on how to use the swimming and gym coupons (on booking website and at check-in). Breakfast room was not so pleasing.

The staff is very nice. Breakfast is also very nice. Lots of options. Fresh OJ is definitely a plus.

We had stayed in the hotel a year before and were in a very nice bedroom (room 203 I believe) In comparison, room 313 was very lackluster. the toilet needs to be replaced (looks gross) the tiles in the bathroom is chipped and the room needs a renovation overall. I also thought that the bed was not as comfortable as during previous visits in an Ibis Style.

Location near the airport

AC didn’t work and windows didn’t open- got locked out at night- not given instructions to get back in after hours

The breakfast staff are very friendly, the dining room kept very clean. The food there is healthy, a good variety and I love the orange press. The receptionists were also great. When I arrived I expected the room to be noisy, being above a mall, near a waterpark, and adjacent to the elevator but it was not, it was a very quiet room with good soundproofing. I could not have chosen a better place to stay with the family to visit France, Italy & Switzerland. A supermarket in the same building, and the Pizza place in the mall is a great place to have dinner btw.

First time in an Ibis hotel, and I must say that we were extremely pleasantly surprised.The room's was right for a couple of nights. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.It overlooked the rear side of the hotel with a nice view of the mountain SaleveThe continental breakfast was simple but plentiful. Some scrambled eggs would have been nice

+Great location. The access to the Vitam sport facilities is awesome+ Confy bed+ Good and fresh breakfast- - The shower was really bad. Hot water took forever to arrive, and the water splayed everywhere as there is no curtain or door.

the towels were smelly, the rooms needed attention, and the water flowed over the basin (wrong design), and looked like some blood stains on the duvet cover

Great location. Access to various activities for children that are located nearby. Access to the swimpool, the cost is a bonus to the cost of the room.Good breakfast.

Didn't like the pillows and the small breakfast area, it was hard to find a seat at the table for the whole family.The shower had no door, so the bathroom floor was flooded with water within the first few minutes.

Great location, comfortable beds, plenty of parking, generous choice for breakfast, nearby local restaurants, attached to a shopping centre, free entry to the Vitam and discount for the spa. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy. Nice interior design

I spent 5 nights at the hotel and it would have been nice to have a better storage area for my clothes. I had to use the floor space

Very convenient location and extremely friendly staff. Dog friendly and a comfortable room, perfect for a stopover en route to the south of France.

The electric car chargers were not by the hotel but opposite a derelict building with no lighting, so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car there overnight.

Rooms were simple but very comfortable beds, staff were nice, lobby area really nice with lego for kids to play with, games, coffee and croissants for the adults. We went for the aqua park which had loads of different areas and our kids really enjoyed. Would recommend.

Extra friendly and helpful staff, made us feel very welcome indeed, they happily accommodated our request for adjacent rooms and gave us towels for the waterpark (a wonderful perk getting free waterpark tickets!)

The breakfast didn't serve any vegetables whatsoever, we found it quite odd but we only stayed 1 night, maybe it was like that just on the morning we happened to be there.

Good for one night

Stuffy room: the windows were tightly screwed shut and there was no aircon, also the hot moist air from the bathroom lingered in the room.

We were there specifically for the swimming pool so staying at the hotel was convenient and really great that you get free entry into the pool. Plus other activities too which we didn’t end up using other than the soft play area, which was brilliant for our 3 year old.

Could do with a little updating like others have said but that’s really not that big a deal in contrast to what is good about this place.

It is very near with a Center Mall

Room it was cold because heating was not working.

Breakfast was great. Reason we stayed there was location next to Vitam and the free tickets to the water park

The leisure facilities on site & the view from the room was magnificent

The breakfast was slightly unorganised they probably could do with more staff on at that time. However the staff that were on were extremely courteous & helpful.

Reception was great, and helpfull. The tea in reception area was very welcome. The beds are great and the sheets smelled fresh.

The room was very hot but cooled down at night.
