- The location was good for our purposes as we were travelling by train and made a stoppver in Uelzen. The room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was also big and nice. The staff were kind and helpful via phone and messaging.
- There was quite a bit of traffic noise which is not great for me as I'm a light sleeper, but this a small hotel and I appreciate it might not have been possible. In every other way the hotel was fantastic I particularly enjoyed having a free bicycle at my disposal and can recommend the cycle trip to Bad Bevensen and the Krpark and Thermabad there
Cons -
- Althogh we didn't arrive late, we never saw a member of staff so we couldn't pay on location. The payment via IBAN and BIC was inconvenient (partly due to my Swedish bank which doesn't allow me to make such transactions in self-service).
- Less intrusive noise from traffic
