Location, food was excellent, and beautiful scenery

Bathroom was basically inside the room with little privacy. The sink and clear shower put in the open was awkward.

The restaurant/bar was very nice and had a lovely sunset view. Tasty and creative drinks, and main areas were decorated for the season (pumpkins, fall drinks menu).

Some of the staff weren't the friendliest, and it did feel a bit like we were putting them out by staying there.Our room's shower was see-through and in the main room (not behind a door or in a separate bathroom), so not ideal if traveling with family. The main area was much nicer than the room itself.

Very nice and cozy. Dinner and the view is amazing.

We loved every single thing from the second we arrived! We arrived in the early hours of the morning and the staff made it easy to access our room and gave us all the info we needed via WhatsApp. The staff were so friendly and attentive and nothing was too much for them.We arrived in the dark and so on the first morning we opened our curtains to epic mountains, blue sky and morning mist which was breathtaking. Our room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed - including a tea making station, Nespresso coffee machine, bottled water in the mini fridge, shampoo, shower gel and handwash. We also had a lovely afternoon having massages in the spa and then going on to use the steam room and sauna - both of which have amazing mountain views.

The wifi was patchy and only worked intermittently throughout our stay.

Beautiful scenery. Cute and cozy hotel with nice furniture. Welcoming staff. Fun games and plenty of activities to do. Great massage. Great pool. Great location near route des crete and the lac st croix.

Stunning peaceful location just outside of the main village (about 10 minute walk)! Exceptional staff & service throughout our stay!! Restaurant food was amazing! Perfect location if you want to explore small villages and Gorges du Verdon nearby! Couldn’t recommend enough!

The views are amazing!!!! The food was gorgeous!! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive! The spa was lovely as was the pool. It was so peaceful!

Well designed room with beautiful outlook. The restaurant was excellent with wait staff friendly and attentative.

Had high expectations based on all the excellent reviews, but were left totally disappointed. Highlights were the pool and the Mauritian waiter, who the other staff need to learn from - he was excellent, the rest not!

Extremely poor ‘vibe’, unfriendly staff, (other than the aforementioned waiter), massively overpriced, poor menu selection, poor general service, broken switches in their ‘suite’, unkept grounds, a private terrace that is not private. I know many people rate this hotel highly, perhaps we were just unlucky, but this was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in for a long time. Our advice, save your money and find an alternative with better service.

the location (La Palud) is ideal to enjoy Les Gorges du Verdon area, and all outdoor activities that this region has to offer. The view over the mountain and gorges from the hotel is stunning.the restaurant is excellent and the wine choice is really good. we enjoyed it so much that we had diner at the restaurant every evening of our stay . why bother going somewhere else ? the staff at the hotel was both very friendly and very effective. We felt at home !

Location of the restaurant was astounding

Massage wasn’t to our liking it was more of a relaxation massage but we should have asked when we booked it as we prefer a deeper sport type massage .

room was quite small but our bed face the mountain scenery, totally awesome! dinner was good, we ate within the property for both nights!

maybe it’s end Sept so weather was quite cold. outdoor seating is not suitable, unfortunately! I think our double room was their lowest tier as I realize that furniture is not as good as other rooms and we do not get small bottles of loccitane shower range. :-(

we felt like we stayed on top of the world! the location nr La Palud-sur-Verdon was unbeatable - beautiful, tranquil and so peaceful.

great rooms but for wardrobe space, especially when not travelling lightly, make sure to book the superior room ! this room was a life-saver at the end of our long travels

Room was comfortable and well thought out with plenty of charging outlets which we ended up using all! pool/hot tub were great and meals were delicious. Would highly recommend!!

A good location if you are looking for a quiet place around nature, many hiking options. the village is a walk away where you can rent an electric bike. Dinners were excellent.

the view, the comfort, the value for money, the possible Golf, the proximity to the centre of mougins, which is a most beautiful and artistic village with great restaurants
