- Everything! The staff were so helpful and friendly, the rooms are very clean and have a lot of character. The food was great and the atmosphere is relaxed. It is very child friendly and amazing value for money. We wish we could have stayed longer. Also, great Irish coffee!
- Just what was needed and very good coffeeThe Lou Cigaloun is the heart of the village where I lived for 30 years. I love going back there and it as pleasure to meet up with old friends and enjoy the hospitality of this friendly hotel.

- At the time of booking, there was no time limit for the swimming pool.But when we checked in, the hotel told us that the swimming pool is not allowed to be used when there are guests in the restaurant.On the second day of our stay, when we came back in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned, and the hotel informed the cleaner to come back to clean the room temporarily.The hotel prohibits eating anything in the room including the balcony, this was also not clearly communicated by booking at the time of booking.We wanted to extend our stay by one night and the hotel asked us not to book through booking and charged us 90 euros per night for the room ➕ 20 euros for breakfast! Very unpleasant experience

very friendly manager and staff. the room was clean. The food was very good. There is a good sized swimming pool.
As friends we would have liked a twin room but as this was not available we had a room with one small double and one very small single bed. This mad sleeping a bit difficult.

as we arrived late, we ate at the hotel´s restaurant and did not enjoy it much. Breakfast at extra fee was typical French breakfast.
Really enjoyed our stay, including the pool, excellent meal, wish we could have stayed longer!
