- Moulin Sambuc was great, our previous booking cancelled last minute and they accepted quickly. Very cute accommodations next to their restaurant. AC worked well (took a minute to figure out the controls) and we slept comfortably! The food at the restaurant was amazing, great value for the stay and sitting outside for a late dinner & bottle of wine.
